Things were in disrepair but it was ok. We didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast there so I don’t know how that was. Grateful for the thriftiness…

There were kids smoking marijuana at the back entrance of the hotel and there was a broken syringe in the main lobby hall bathroom. Taking a left-turn in and out of the property involves crossing multiple lanes of traffic and is very unsafe.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and we have always been pleased. Staff and rooms are great.

The mirror that should have been on the wall was on the floor, it smelled like mildew, the walls were paper thin (when the person in the room next to us got in the shower it sounded like it was our room), I had to get ice in a trash bag, and the sheets and comforter on the bed felt moist. Just not a great place we left and asked for refund. But wouldn’t give it to us.

We stayed for 4 night and the house keeper only came to clean our room one time after the first night. They said there were daily house keeping, but we don't noticed. There're no resupply nor tidy up, trash removal.

It’s an okay stay. It’s quiet. Beds are comfortable. Check in was efficient & staff was pleasant. However maintenance was lacking. Toilet stopped up & bathroom door handle kept falling off. Front desk offered to move us if maintenance didn’t make the repairs by the time we came back from our outing. However we were so tired when we came back from our outing, we just wanted to sleep. Since we were leaving in the morning we just stayed in the same room.

The smell was awful. The TV was a joke. The bathroom flor and back of the bathroom door was gross. The only nice thing was the lady at the front desk that was it. The TV was so out dated the Resolution was awful. Tape on the back of the remote. The lobby looks like the 70s.

The hotel did not provide a pool . The pool was closed. They did not offer any discount or any return stays. They just said they were sorry and they were not doing any accommodations. This was the only reason why I booked with this hotel because it had a pool. I was very dissatisfied

The Comfort Inn in Conyers, Ga. was OK. I was in Atlanta for a concert and this hotel was convenient and far enough from the noise of the city. I would stay here again for city events.

The woman who checked me in was really nice and accommodating.

Free coffee 24 hour and delicious !Free breakfast ! basic eggs are powdered a variety of breakfast breads ,cereal and juice waffles are good ! I believe they are renovating this property and will eventually everything will be replaced .The king mattress was brand new and very comfortable .Hotel right off of main highway surprisingly very quiet .Lots of restaurants in area!

We checked in a day early the lady at the desk was very nice. She went out of her way to find us a room to check into early and we just switched over our reservations to that room. The only problem I had was parking not enough parking had to park across the street and walk.

The location of the hotel is terrible, limited parking. Weed smell all through the hallways. My phone didn't work, broken bed and I seen a couple of roaches. Not what I expected for the amount of money I've paid. Staff were nice

It was ok. In the corner where the shower was, the ceiling needs repaired, I saw some makeup stains on the wall by the microwave and house keeping didn't replace the face towels.I had to ask for them.

We were in Conyers for the Spartan race weekend. They wouldn't make fresh coffee until breakfast hours (the coffee available at 5am was from 10pm the night before). We needed fresh sheets, so they gave us sheets to change ourselves. When we changed the sheets there was hair and hair ties under the fitted sheet that wasn't ours. The tv didn't work and was stuck on one channel. We had to unplug the TV just to shut it off. We had stayed here last year with no complaints, but this stay was different and we won't be back.

I'm going to preface this by saying there was a big event in the town this weekend, so rooms were extremely limited within 30 miles, if not unavailable. The hotel was meh, pretty standard. They gave us a room key and we went upstairs and I don't even know why the room was available to begin with. I opened the door and cigarette smoke smacked me right in the face. This is a non-smoking hotel, so it should have set off flags for the cleaning staff. I have asthma and my lungs started burning almost immediately. I went back downstairs and told them there was an issue with our room and they said they didn't have anything else available. This was at 11pm at night. I said, someone smoked in there and we can't stay in there and they magically found another room. It wasn't the best room, but at least we weren't sleeping in our car, I guess. The rooms don't necessarily feel clean and are outdated. The carpet is sticky. When you're paying the premium we did, it's quite ridiculous. Parking is a huge issue. A huge huge issue. They don't have enough parking for the rooms in the hotel. People were parked illegally all over the place. We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but room service is cleaning super early and the floors and walls are super thing as you can hear everything. Including them running over whatever it was the vacuum cleaner didn't appreciate for several minutes. The doors also slam closed, you can fully see light around the hall door. It wasn't relaxing.

Room 302 Bathroom sink and tub were slow draining. One of the lights next to bed out. Desk chair broken down. Not enough lighting in the room. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very noisy due to highways runs all direction next to it.

Although there were some minor damages around the hotel (wall paper peeling in a couple of areas, letters missing from signage), overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice! We mainly just needed somewhere clean, safe, and affordable to stay at night because we were gone the entire day/evening. The breakfast was alright. The hot items were questionable and made my stomach upset, so I stuck to the things like bagels, yogurt, muffins, etc and was fine!

Perfect for myself and my teenage daughter. Very close to great shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately not walking distance but a short drive.

The issue was with some kind of computer communication issue between hotels.com and the hotel. I was not able to check in for almost two hours!! It was VERY UPSETTING. The desk agent Vee was wonderful! She did everything she could, but could not seem to get help no matter how many calls she made.

Everything was super clean. The carpet in the rooms looked new.

Hallways were stained and small damage everywhere

The room was on the first floor and that made my stay start on the right foot. Second, the room was clean and showed some signs of wear, but to be expected for a high-volume first-floor room. Everything was clean and there was evidence of attention to detail. This lives up to its rating.
