The room had a vanity, but no light over the mirror so it couldn't be used to apply makeup.
The extra $25 that we paid to include breakfast was not worth it.
We were on the 2nd floor but could still hear people in the parking lot outside arguing early in the morning.

I ahve stayed several times in this hotel.
It recently was renewed, and everything works great. New beds, new flooring new bathrooms. Superb with a reasonable price.
I was given early checkin, and three hors of Late Departure, which were real valuable bonuses for my stay.
I will return

My favourite part of this venue was the courtyard during the evenings.. It was super beautiful and peaceful. It reminded me of an itty-bitty mini Mexican resort. Additionally, the Long Island train station was at a super walkable distance. The whole neighborhood was soo cute and safe, and shopping was right across the street. The only thing that in my humble opinion could use some improvement is the menu at the on-site restaurant. But that is, of course something that’s “to each, their own” and so individually based and for everyone to make up their own minds about.

when we used the iron and ironing board we destroyed address and the ironing board wouldn't stay open… The iron was leaking out some horrible staining fluid all over the dress… The board wouldn't stay up… My only other concern was the safety in the parking lot… There was some very shady characters hanging around, and I was afraid to leave my car there overnight… otherwise, the staff was lovely… The room was clean and fine…

Just average. Of course it is NY so you pay for location, but hotel is clearly old and they just do maintenance and fixing instead of remodeling. I was expecting a bit more for the price. Hallway carpet obviously needs replacement. Room has no shelves or dresser for clothes. Housekeeping did our bed and left us cleaned towels everyday. Conveniently located. Overall it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay more than a couple of days.

The hotel was great the front desk were super friendly. Only problem front elevator wasnt working and the ice machine on our floor wasnt working. Other than that great! Oh and it smelled AMAZING

During my trip there was a moldy, damp, basement smell coming from my room,I was transferred to another moldy room that was less moldy smelling. The staff was polite,the food was good and the decor and ambience were nice. It seemed as if there was a leak on the entire floor and they still placed me in one of those rooms.

The room was ready and one of the desk personnel helped us by suggesting connecting rooms with family. However, I requested the room be cleaned on june 16 and no one came. I went to retrieve my freezer packs from their freezer n they went missing. I asked for plastic bags for ice n housekeeping brought me coffee.
Also there is no swimming pool n no shuttle to the airport. No microwave and no luggage racks in the rooms. No towel racks in bathroom. I would not stay at this motel again.

Hotel was very clean.Amenities like soap and lotion were nice.The only problem I had was a woman with kids screaming at the top of their lungs at 11:00 at night. Sounded like they were out in the halls.

Comfortable beds and convenient for our purpose. However room was next to parking lot and a bit noisey since you can hear the trafficing. FYI, was told by the staff that kids do not eat free at this hotel. I booked again using IHG membership and even though it was noted that kids eat free , per the staff at this hotel kids do not. Note to travellers

The hotel is very nice, updated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very satisfied with the room and cleanliness. The fact that there were hard floors instead of carpeting was a plus. I would definitely stay again but would skip the included breakfast buffet…wasn’t very good. We noticed a very strong perfume-like smell throughout the lobby and elevator which we thought was quite strange and unpleasant, but nothing to prevent staying there again, we just wouldn’t hang out in the lobby!
