The location was great
Our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay, the room was outdated with things broken, the staff was completely unhelpful and borderline rude. There were additional fees with crazy rules about having a pet. I wouldn’t consider the hotel pet friendly with all of the rules and additional fees they have. Our keycards didn’t work half of the time to get into the building. The price was outrageous for a holiday inn.

Clean and spacey room, desk staff, parking
Breakfast was below par. Maybe the staff member made a mistake but the coffee was cold. When asked about this we suspect we got reheated stale stuff —> we went to Dunkin.

Bathroom small compared to Hyatt or my other stays with similar cost, breakfast not included and overpriced. Shower curtains poorly entailed.

It was a nice atmosphere.
I didn't like that I had to ask for a washcloth, handsomely and bath towel after the room was serviced.( 2 people in the room) it was not replenished.

The restaurant/ bar. When we checked in we asked what time it was open until. The desk told us 10:30 pm. We went to buy a drink at 10:00. The staff asked if we were there to eat or drink. We replied just a drunk. My mother and I each ordered one drink and were immediately told we had to have them in to go cups because we are closing. My mom said I was told 10:30 is closing it’s only 10:04 now. The staff ignored that. Made two drinks in clear plastic cups and charged us $56.47.
