I need a handicapped accessible bathroom which was listed on the website and which I picked but wasn’t available so I did not have that for the night as there were none available.

Cockroaches in the room. Lock on door had daily issues

Bedsheets with blood stains and hair in the shower. Staff was friendly and issued a reimbursement in the minute.

Showed up in the afternoon, paid for a non smoking room but got a smoking room, was told in the most "i dont care your unhappy" tone of voice. That i either took the room or went else where. Took the room because after driving 600 miles i was too tired to do anything else. Deadbolt for door was broken so its always engaged meaning i couldnt close it from outside the room, in the morning told a different employee about the door issue and was told i must have been closing it wrong.

use it as a back up

I booked 2 nights the first night I got in very late and stayed in the room but it was very dirty from the second I walked in. There were roaches in the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, the bed was covered in dog hair I pulled that sheet off and there was blood stains on the sheet under it. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it and there were stains all on the botton side of it. Theres a lot of people thwt look sketchy on the property and knock on your door at random hours through the night. I told the front desk about all the issues the very next morning and asked for a refund for the second night because I didnt want to stay another night. They said the manager might be able to give a refund but probably wont and they arent in until 3pm tomorrow. I asked for the number to call corporate and they said they didnt know it. Worst hotel experience!!!

The bed was comfortable and was overall ok. We did see some little cockroaches crawling around on the ground which was really gross.

One of the best ones hotels in the area. The staff was welcoming and helpful, room excellent as far as cleanliness and a comfy bed.

I don't usually leave a review but I feel like it's my duty to warn anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The toilet is dirty, the worst shower pressure imaginable, dried brown stains in and around the fridge. Won't be coming back here.

No chance to get coffee in the morning.

The staff is ride there is peopl getting high every where they charge almost double.. you ar better off pitching a tent down the street in the woods

We stayed here after a concert, or tried to. We arrived back after the concert at around midnight. After settling in bed a cockroach crawled up the side of the mattress from behind the bed. After moving the bed away from the wall we noticed there were at least 6 different cockroaches that we could see. The room also had gross spots on the wall and brown stains in the tub and on the shower curtain. After finding the cockroaches we decided we’d rather attempt driving home and possibly sleeping in the car than stay in that room with the cockroaches. When checking out we were told we were past the time we could get a refund for checking out early despite the reason we were leaving early. It’s safe to say we were less than impressed.

No blankets when u asked at all witch it's a hotel it should have lots of extra blankets

This place is disgusting! There is mold in the bathroom, along with cockroaches. There is hair everywhere, the shower is dirty, and the towels and linens are stained. The fridge is stuck on freeze, so all of your snacks get frozen. There is trash piled around the trash cans. I've stayed here before, but this was the last time. I canceled all future reservations to avoid disappointment.

The door was damaged and not repaired. The bathtub drain was obstructed. There were random hairs throughout the room. This morning, I discovered a cockroach in the bathroom. The air conditioning emitted a musty odor. Although I have stayed here before and accepted the conditions as typical of a Motel 6, this particular room is exceptionally problematic. Additionally, it is worth noting that if you stay for more than one day, your key may not work when you return. This has occurred to me on three separate occasions.

There’s a reason that there aren’t pictures of the exterior of this place. And very limited interior pictures. It was dirty and people were hanging around on all of the balconies smoking and there were lots of dogs and it’s clearly a long term home for people. Our first room we couldn’t get into all the way because the security bar was closed and so when you open the door, it caught it and you couldn’t get in. It’s good though because the room reeked of smoke. We did finally get a second room that had two beds instead of one, and were going to be charged extra for that but The person at the desk didn’t charge us which was nice. I think that the only nice thing was the woman working at the desk trying to be helpful. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, but since it wasn’t refundable, we wrapped towels around the pillows and slept in our clothes.

All is good except humidity.

Dirty sheets, used rubber glove on the floor, toilet that cant flush, disgusting bathtub that wouldnt drain, smoke alarm that screamed. The only thing that was ok was a front desk lady that tried to help. Literally everywhere was nasty and trashed all around the grounds. This is an insult to lower middle class people that need a place to stay.

Still waiting for refund

When I was checking in I had my 8 year old son with me. The woman in the office was great!! She was just very busy and she did her best. BUT when we got into the room, room #212, the floor was dirty to the point that when we walked we heard our shoes sticking to the floor. My son also pointed out to me that there was poop on the floor at the bathroom door entrance. I have pictures of all of this. The counter with the sink in the main living area was not cleaned along with the bathroom tub. I would like a refund, I’m very disappointed with the staff named Alicia when I was checking out she did not help me in anyway. She was rude and asked why I didn’t ask for a new room even I checked in. I replied to her saying “at almost at 10 o clock at night with my eight year old son, and the line your coworker had with about 5 people standing in there waiting to be roomed” she replied, “oh ya well that’s something…I’ll check you out” and that was it!! I have stayed at this hotel many of times and I have never had this issue before and I’m very disappointed. Thank you for time

Clean grounds around the property smelly, people live there with dogs, saw a couple of roaches in room, AC unit broken and sounds like a diesel engine, on the bright side room was clean.

It’s good to stay this motel for one night.

Staff was gruff, putting it mildly. They do not knock before entering either, not find it necessary when I commented. Well worn establishment. Parking was full on a Saturday night.

You know the Tom Bodette commercial line -- "We'll leave the light on for you!" Well, the signs road-side were completely unlit and there is construction on that corner, we drove back and forth a couple times trying to find the actual entrance at 10:00 at night. Then, the sign for the office is a small (12" x 24") banner on a wall that you can't see in the dark. I parked on just the wrong corner and walked around 3/4 of the building looking for the office. Rooms were clean, walkways were well-lit, enough parking.

I think they should clean the floors their filthy to me that's the worst part the floors are dirty wash it with a towel and it comes up black to me it's a deal breaker

The room smelled like cigarettes. There were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom, the sink had crumbs in it, the tub/shower had hair in it, the deadbolt didn’t work on my door, and the sheets on one of the beds had what looked to be sweat stains. If it had not been so late when I got to my room, I would have left. It was easily the worst Motel 6 experience I’ve ever had.
