Very nice stay!!! The floor in the bathroom was black so clearly not mopped and the bathtup floor is EXTREMELY slippery so be careful. But WONDERFUL WONDERFUL STAY

Friendly staff. Room was right over very noisy bar. Live music stopped at 8:30, but shouting and screaming lasted until midnight when the bar closed. Bring earplugs.

I liked the kindness of the staff. When I needed towels, soap, toilet paper etc.. , I recieved the items promptly without questions.

Easy walk to beach access is great. The room had a little sand in a few places when we checked in, but it's a beach hotel and sand is sand. Full kitchen was a huge plus. It's certainly not fancy, but it was more than adequate for our needs.

Room was clean. Beds comfy. Shower had good water pressure. Close to the beach and pool had great hours. Kids were obsessed with the vending machines so bring some extra dollars :-)

My family went for a long weekend and the best part was the restaurant/bar right on the property. The food was good and the service was good. We didnt even have to leave if we didnt want to.

Besides a friendly staff this budget hotel, which I once considered a step up from others is now embracing that title. It was dirty in all common areas and the room was only slightly cleaned. There was mold on one of the comforters probably from not being fully dried. The “free” breakfast was slim to none. Only advantage is the beach access and some nice spots nearby. The new restaurant and bar is a bonus but probably will not stay here again.

Location was great and staff were nice. You can tell it is n older hotel but it was fine for a night.

No meat for breakfast

Staff was nice. One morning, went to lobby for breakfast, guests in-line to get waffles (space was soo small) and employee came through at 10 exactly to remove waffle mix and started cleaning up dispute people still waiting to make their breakfast. Place could benefit from some updating, particularly bathrooms. Glass doors really need cleaned

We loved everything about our stay, the hotel was clean, breakfast our room was amazing and our view we stayed in 207 partial ocean view you can actual see the ocean The swimming pool is nice, the restaurant food is amazing and the prices ! Theirs a bar and entertainment

Close to everything, but building needs upgrade carpet so dirty, bathroom is old, breakfast not good.

It was just "meh" I have spent that kind of money to be oceanfront and has much better options. The pool was and people were sitting all day drinking alcohol from the bar taking up the sun deck and beach chairs. Little kids were screaming all around. The halls were dirty, the door lock was broken and we had to wait almost 40 minutes for someone to come change a battery while we stood sweating in the hallway with all of our luggage. Maybe during off season it will be better. Staff was very nice and accommodated us leaving a day early.

I normally do not write reviews, but after this stay, I’m inclined to do so. My family and I arrived at the hotel on Friday, 7/26. We checked into the room and shortly after left for activities. Prior to leaving, I asked for pillows for the sofa bed and was told they were out. Upon returning to the hotel that evening, we pulled out the sofa bed to find a dirty pair of men’s boxer briefs and a large amount of food crumbs. The cushions on the sofa had what appeared to be vomit on them that was visible to anyone with eyes. I called the front desk and was not given any help other than to call the manager in the morning. No offer to come clean the vomit or remove the used personal items from who knows when. We managed to get through as we were only there for two nights. The second night, the AC was not working, and it was warm and humid in the room, making it very difficult for anyone to get rest. The water pressure in the bathroom was next to none. The fridge, especially the top, was filthy. As I mentioned, this is my first time leaving a review for a hotel as I’m not typically the one to do so. But this experience was awful. I did not bring up the other issues with staff as I took it for what it was since they offered no help the first time I called with concerns. The whole stay was a big disappointment.

We loved the Boozy Egg and tiki bar so much. It was really fun staying on the first floor by the pool.

The property was very convenient to the beach. The staff was very nice, friendly, responsive and helpful. The restaurant food was good but menu was limited. The included breakfast was limited but adequate. Mostly carbs. The area for breakfast was very small and crowded with waits to use the waffle machines (2) and toaster. But the hotel is small and doesn't have much of a public area. The rooms looked like the carpet and beds were replaced and fairly new. But the kitchen and bathroom need updating. The beds and pillows were wonderful. If it wasn't for the air conditioner and the noisy other occupants I would have slept like a baby. With that said, I would stay there again.

I stayed in room 213 on July 28th and we booked the stay for my fiancé's birthday and ended up leaving at 11pm the same day we checked in because of how disgusting the room was. The room seemed like it was not cleaned AT ALL. We inspected the room and found syrup on the floor and wall, so much hair on the beds and bathroom/tub, stains and crumbs on the bed. When booking a reservation I pay for what the hotel is promising and that is cleanliness, comfort and convenience. When we checked out the same night, the front desk was more so rushing us out of the lobby because he didn’t want other guest to hear about our negative experience rather than helping us find another room. We ended up having to drive 4 hours back home rather than staying in a dirty bed/room.
