Our home away from our home when we travel to see our elder parent! Rhis trip we had nearby guests qho arrive past 11:30 ,pm laughing and taking across rooms in hallway. So rude! That is not on the hotel though. Doors slammed! People have lost courtesy! Off my soap. Clean sheets,bathrooms and amazing breakfast!!! Super nice staff all 4 days. Our deepest gratitude for your hospitality. See you in a month again.

This hotel desperately needs updating and a mold inspection fast. The rooms and hallways smell like mold and we found what appears to be mold behind the headboards. I would never stay again. They have to be aware of the mold/moisture situation and haven’t taken care of the issue that MULTIPLE reviewers have complained about. Sadly I was in town for a concert and I doubted I’d find another room at a reasonable price

Upon arriving we were given our room keys. We proceeded to the elevator and the elevator was filthy. The floor inside the elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. We get to our floor and step out of the elevator and to our surprise the hallway was stained & dirty. We proceed to our room and opened the door to a horrible smell of mold and mildew. We entered the room and started to look around. My husband noticed that the chair to the desk looked liked chocolate was smeared all over it. Then he proceeded to the bed upon looking at the bed he noticed that the mattress had a huge blood stain on it. It looked as though someone had been seriously hurt in that room on that bed. He immediately called the front desk to have our room changed. Upon entering the 2nd room. We noticed that the housekeepers at this location aren’t held to the highest standards when it comes to cleanness. Our room wasn’t very clean at all & we decided that we were fighting a loosing battle and call it a night.

Downstairs lobby is nice but the elevators seem slightly dangerous. Got out the elevator Smelled like mold in the hallways with dehumidifier's everywhere got into the room was musty. Half the lights didn’t work, tiles were falling off the wall in the bathroom, TV had 2 channels Asked for another room was told nothing available. Guess you get what you pay for

Not many television channels. Low pixel quality.

The property needs more cleaning and upgrading, The carpets was full of sting and The bathtub looks horrible. The hotel receptionist, Alejandro was great.
