I really enjoyed the grounds, and walking main street at night. Dining is a quick walk. Only wish, given the big size of the room that the TV was larger

There was nothing wrong with any of it except another guest banging on doors of her travel mates waking them up at 0530. Complete ass

Nice hotel in perfect location.

Beautiful place, comfortable bed just wish it had thicker sheets & tv a little bigger, but besides that it was an excellent experience.

This was once a beautiful property that was five star that is and much need of demolishing and Redevelopment. It was very apparent that the room had moisture problems which is frequent in South Florida with other structures. Had to keep air conditioning freezing cold to avoid mold friendly dampness in the room. Bathrooms was very outdated as well.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The grounds are well kept and lovely to walk around. Onsite restaurant was convenient and delicious. Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and professional. The town is amazing to walk around as well.

When we arrived to our room, the a/c was set at 61 degrees. It was freezing in there but it was also very moist with a bit of a musty smell. Since it was late at night on a sold out weekend (T Swift weekend), we didn't attempt to make a room change. However, even after the room started to warm up a bit (which took several hours), it was very sticky and remained that way for the entire weekend. There was always a musty odor in the room. Even after showering at night, I felt sticky but yet cold at the same time. My feet felt like they were sticking to the floor when I walked around, so I found myself either walking on my toes or having to wear socks to avoid that wet sensation. It was not pleasant. Additionally, the second day after housekeeping serviced our room, the temp was set back at 61 again. The third day, no one serviced our room at all. We also asked for a couple of additional pillows, which were quickly delivered but they were incredibly lumpy (one just needed to be thrown in the garbage) and there were no pillow cases on them. The person who dropped them off provided no explanation and I had to call the front desk again to find out that there were no clean pillow cases available. The property itself was nice but the room left a lot to be desired, needing to be updated and possibly a dehumidifier.
