love staying at this hotel. It is very clean and the atmosphere is quiet.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The grounds are well kept and lovely to walk around. Onsite restaurant was convenient and delicious. Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and professional. The town is amazing to walk around as well.

When we arrived to our room, the a/c was set at 61 degrees. It was freezing in there but it was also very moist with a bit of a musty smell. Since it was late at night on a sold out weekend (T Swift weekend), we didn't attempt to make a room change. However, even after the room started to warm up a bit (which took several hours), it was very sticky and remained that way for the entire weekend. There was always a musty odor in the room. Even after showering at night, I felt sticky but yet cold at the same time. My feet felt like they were sticking to the floor when I walked around, so I found myself either walking on my toes or having to wear socks to avoid that wet sensation. It was not pleasant. Additionally, the second day after housekeeping serviced our room, the temp was set back at 61 again. The third day, no one serviced our room at all. We also asked for a couple of additional pillows, which were quickly delivered but they were incredibly lumpy (one just needed to be thrown in the garbage) and there were no pillow cases on them. The person who dropped them off provided no explanation and I had to call the front desk again to find out that there were no clean pillow cases available. The property itself was nice but the room left a lot to be desired, needing to be updated and possibly a dehumidifier.

Overall service was very friendly. Beds were super comfy. Had an issue trying to open the balcony door , very tough to open and the little fridge in the room did not work.

This property is in a good area. There are lots of dining options near by. For the most part, it was clean and the staff was friendly. I felt that the bathrooms were a little dingy

Check-in was easy, and lovely, polite guy ( didn't get his name)at reception to receive us and we had a very late check-in( unexpected). He even offered a late checkout time to accommodate us, but we did have to travel again so we didn't utilitise the offer. The room( 2010) was a bit dated but clean and provided clean towels and gave them a clean when we went to lunch. Even though our stay was quite short, my friend and I were pleased we could have a clean bathroom and towels, and generally everything was tolerable.

Layout and accessibility very difficult. Hotel is under renovation and signage is poor.

The front desk person wasn’t very helpful. She said she’d call me when my room was ready but never called. I had to call twice. And, I had to ask to not be charged for checking in when my room was ready, she granted it so that was nice of her, but any top hotel would simply offer that without making it feel like a huge favor. Rooms were okay, nothing special for the price tag.
