Average hotel at this cost. Only good thing was having airport shuttle.

Good breakfast and cozy breakfast area. Very friendly & helpful staff. Showers nice. The bed was a bit firm for me, but I still slept well.

This was actually a three bedroom apartment with full kitchen, two bathrooms and then a patio which cozy leading to a guest house full kitchen one and a half baths. The area is a bit noisy at night, but the accommodations were very comfortable.

The mold and smell was awful!!

It is a place to stay on a budget. The place was clean and things were in order.

Electrical plug covers missing, carpets smelled, tap in bathroom ready to fall off, curtains torn, duct tape around air conditioner in one bedroom, lamp shades filthy and stained. Breakfast ok not great. Positives the employee changed rooms for us. Location was good for us going to Royal Montreal Golf Course.

Our flight got very delayed, so we arrived at midnight. We have 2 kids under age of 6. The front desk person, Issam, told us to go to gate 28. He did not communicate this with the driver until we waited a long time. Yes, we did call again to make sure the driver was coming, and Issam said ‘I don’t know where the shuttle is.’ The driver had no idea of the pickup location and was upset at us that we were at gate 28. I told him that the front desk messed up. We got to the hotel, Issam was angry at the driver for not reading his mind, telling the driver to ‘do his job’ and ‘we will talk later’. Issam then proceeded to downplay his screw up and said ‘well I got you here eventually, right?’ Dear Issam, there is a jobs crisis in Canada and a ton of better qualified people are waiting for your job. Quality Inn Trudeau Airport, please do something with Issam because he single handedly ruined the Quality Inn reputation for our family forever. He failed to communicate the simplest piece of information at the beginning of the shift to his driver. He even told us that this issue started the night before, so he had plenty of time to communicate this. And yet? Quality Inn, please do something about this individual or your reputation will plummet.

My experience was ok. The beds were worn and sank on one side. Curtains were rotting. Housekeeping never came in during our stay to add towels, make beds, etc. Breakfast was good.

Durty carpets, shower/bath needs a good clean.

The free shuttle drivers were the best thing about the hotel. They were friendly and helpful. We had to stay near the airport because of connecting flights. Hotel prices in that area are very high. This one was in the middle range but too much money for the quality of the room Many of the electrical points did not work, and there were other probems. Some maintenance and freshening up of the decor might make the price more palatable.

Noticed my hotel door wouldn’t lock upon leaving. My neighbour was watching me leave. Reported that to the hotel. They sent a man up right away to check and secure the door, so that I would not be charged for any damages from someone else. I felt uneasy that I spent a night in a room that didn’t lock. Everything else was fine and appreciated the airport transfer.

the help during the check in was superb! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The property especially the lobby is small and dark.

Only overnight before taking the plane. Very close from the airport. The hotel is providing a free shuttle to the airport, but noisy as it is close to the road. Good for one night.

Shuttle to airport was full. We had to take an Uber. The staff was great.

Shuttle service excellent. Morning breakfast very good. This motel is old and very overpriced. It has been remodeled with very inexpensive carpeting and laminate in the bedroom. I asked for a wake up call and did not get it.

Great location close to the airport and the train station. Shuttle will drop you at the train station as well. Very well located.

No closet, no iron & ironing board, no desk . no chair, no clock, no bed side table. and yet charged regular room rates.

Convenient, clean and cheap. The airport shuddle and included breakfast makes this a perfect stay.

I didn’t like anything. Drapery were shredding and filthy. Entrance surrounding the property had young men outside hanging out smoking. Once inside to reach the counter the floor was filthy. The entrance had artificial plants that were caked with dust. Inside our room the A/C was from the 70’s and in the second room the A/C in the window was held inside with duct tape. I didn’t feel safe leaving my suitcases in the room if I were to leave. I left that same day because I didn’t feel safe and felt the linen might not be safe to sleep on. The hotel is much too old and needs to close down to refurbished. It was worse than a truck stop hotel.

Good choices ce for people who want to catch a train post cruise

Near Airport… free shuttle and breakfast. A little bit away from restaurants for walking within a kilometer. But delivery service is offered by some local restaurants. Room was spacious. Renovation in progress but not heard or seen near us. Would stay again

Quiet and good price

Everything was good. My only complaints are: -the weird double curtains. They are missing in the middle of the window. So the light comes in :( and it's a little hard to fall asleep. -The wake-up call was half an hour earlier than I wanted. I asked to receive the phone call at 6 am. I got it at 5:30 am! So I missed sleep :(
