We stayed over the week of Thanksgiving and our experience here SUCKED! We normally choose hotels based off 3 criteria, 1. Pool 2. Breakfast 3. Free parking. We get there and The heater in the pool is broken! The water was literally 45 degrees! The woman at the front desk said it’s been broken for a while and they’ve been having a hard time getting someone to come out to fix it so before we check in we could cancel our booking and stay somewhere else if we liked. But WHO is rich enough to wait the 10 days to get the money back from their bank PLUS pay the extra 300$ right now for the nights we needed to go stay at another hotel?! I’m sorry but I don’t have 500$ of extra disposable income 4 weeks before Christmas!! The fireplaces outside of the pool area were also not working. It is advertised that breakfast ends at 9 a.m. but when we came down at 8a.m on THANKSGIVING morning they were COMPLETELY out of food. There was literally only the pancake machine. There were about 30 people in the dining room waiting on more food to be brought out and the lady was bringing out about 8 omelette every 15 minutes and they were being swooped up like vultures! After a half an hour of waiting for food to be brought out we went up to the room and placed a to go order at cracker barrell. What was supposed to be a nice little family holiday turned into a horrible experience while at this hotel and the sad thing is that it really has the potential to be great if effort was put into it

I always love the stay and some of the staff. I am a frequent visitor, I just have 1 issue with them.
The deposit policy when having to stay an additonal nite thru a booking party is silly. You have to keep repaying a deposit they can just hold on to… But other than that, its always nice

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel looked good and the beds were comfortable. Big complaints are the toilets were so low they did not come up to my knee! Difficult for anyone to stand from. Security is necessary to patrol the hotel as there were unsupervised kids in the pool dragging around the life preserver with 20 foot long rope to entangle the other children in the pool. Someone was smoking marijuana in the rooms closest to the pool. The bar on the door that is meant for security did not lie flat on the door d/t the design of the

The room was spacious and immaculate. We appreciated the easy chair and the make up chair in front of a mirror. The breakfast was above normal, and the bed was comfortable.

This is a solid hotel. Friendly staff, decent breakfast and clean rooms. My fridge didn't work properly at first, but I worked even I adjusted the plugs.
There are 2 EV chargers, but only 1 worked.

Stayed here with a friend, the hotel had no hot water, and when we asked about an adjustment of some kind we were told it would happen but I did not receive anything.

The front lobby was nice and smelled fresh and clean. The person who checked us in was very nice. Our room did not meet our expectations. When walked onto the second floor it has a very strange order. Like smoke and mustiness. The room was a nice size. When my son sat on the bed it sunk it. When he layed on the bed metal hit the floor. My husband asked about a different room, however we were told maintenence guy would come and he was able to fix the bed, but he had to take it apart. Which overall bed was cheap. It was not a pleasant night of sleep for the three of us. When we ran the bath there was ants in the bathtube water. Black specks came out of the water spouts. The toilet was not stable. The air conditioning worked well and it was great to have a fridge of this size in the room. The free breakfast was cold and not edible. We went out for breakfast die to this reason. I would not recommend staying at this property or any other owned by this company. Especially for the price paid. Extremely disappointed overall. If we could of found another place to stay during this event, we would have left.

The staff was friendly and the bed and furniture were fine. I booked this hotel because they advertised a charging station for my car, but when I arrived I discovered that it was out of order. The staff did not know enough about it to tell me how to use it, let along that it was out of order.

Pool area was very nice. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice and the employees maintaining it did a good job at keeping it stocked and clean. Quiet area and close to downtown. Would stay there again.

The pool was not as advertised. It was neither salt water nor heated
There was not one towel to be had.
We waited for almost 2 hrs and nobody came to replenish so we had fo walk up to our 2nd floor soaking wet.
The worst of all though was waking up fo find a bed bug crawling on the sheets.
Really spolied the entire day as all i wanted to do was get to our next destination to thoroughly wash all our stuff

Reserved an accessible room did not get I had a broken ankle. Baby crying from 10pm to 11:15om I was told he was geohis diaper changed. For 1hour 15 min!! Was told maybe he had diaper rash. Was met with an entire family smoking pot sg the entrance to the lobby.

Arrived on Friday the 13th to check in and had an issue with my checkin deposit. Needed to be charged but I only had cash. The gentleman, Genre, and young lady, Kay, were very helpful and worked it out so I could attend HorrorHound for the weekend. They were both very professional and kind. Thanks to them both for being great employees.

We asked for a first floor or near the elevator... we got 2nd floor but not really near the elevator.
PLUS we had to go up about 6-8 steps to get to the floor with the elevator.
Near the side entrance (key card didn't work) there was some kind of hair all over the floor by the wet couches.
The room was very clean and comfortable... but the other areas needed some upkeep.

Everything was excellent and to my liking except for the pool! It was extremely hot and murky and had a lot of white spots in it. They should clean that pool out more often cause I booked the room cause it has a pool only to be disappointed. Other than that everything else was fine, staff was nice & friendly and the hotel was clean.

After walking into the room, we noticed there was a bug crawling on the pillow and hair from previous guests on the pillow as well.

The property was very nice and the staff were professional and personable. The only suggestion I could make is to find a way to cut down on the humidity of the A/C system. When the A/C was running you could feel a dampness in the air. Breakfast was great and, overall, the property is absolutely worth the value!
