The front desk staff member was accommodating when I asked for a specific room.
The 4 stars was because there were cobwebs in a few corners of the room otherwise the room was great.

The hotel is a little older, and in some places it shows, but you can tell that the staff puts a lot of effort into the facility. The staff are super friendly and helpful and will be willing to make amenities for the visually impaired. It is a shame that due to the economy the hotel cannot maintain the staff to operate the kitchen like they used to, but hopefully one day they can be fully staffed again.

Place is run down. AC doest cool rooms properly. Dining area is dirty and hot. Grounds were not taken care of.

If you just need a bed to sleep in then you could stay here. Sketchy area, out dated, dirty, The first room we got had no ac and the lights were shorting out. We were moved to a room where the ac was great. French fries left on the floor and sheets were stained. Breakfast area was like a sauna.

The rooms were clean and no mold but the room was hot. We were moved to a different room thay was slightly better. The comforter had cigarette burns in it and the shower had no pressure. The staff was very nice though

There was a giant fraternity style party right outside my bedroom, with no signs of stopping at the 10p pool closing mark. I had to get Hotels.com to intervene on my behalf to get moved so I could go to bed

Our stay was OK. We came from Houston after being hit from hurricane Beryl,and this was the closest hotel that had both power and vacancys, so I couldn't complain touch.The staff at the front desk was awesome. They were very friendly. There was language barriers with the cleaning staff. The breakfast wasn't really my cup of tea. But my 8 year old loves it. And our beds were extremely comfortable.

Pool was atleast okay. Everything else was just terrible. For a start cow birds poop all over your vehicle when entering property. Room was not as described as on site. Very dirty bugs crawling everywhere. No daily cleaning room. And breakfast was only cereal and waffles.

Plenty of parking and the pool was bigger than i expected. I had an awesome time there with my grandchildren. My four day stay was enjoyable, never had issues with anything. I would definitely stay there again.💗

Front desk associate was really nice and friendly. Lobby clean but hot. Rooms were clean but ceiling was cracked up, pieces falling off of it, brown stain on wall, pillows were just lumps of something, very uncomfortable.

We stayed only one night on our way to another place. The hotel is old and in need of repair and updates but the room and most importantly the bathroom was clean.
I thought the description mentioned breakfast but we didn’t see anything. For the cost of the room it was adequate. We found McDonalds for e.

You can see where there was water leaks, but did not get painted over or fixed. Peeling on the wall. Mattress was uncomfortable. Overall experience was terrible. We got up in the middle of the night and left.

First of all I paid for my room in advance at hotels.com & when I checked in he asked for a credit card for deposit of 100 in case of damages. It was only me staying in the room. Then I asked for late check out & only gave me an extra 20 min. There continental breakfast was horrible and was messy area!!!9
