There were security signs every where that made solo traveling feel very unsafe

Room had the bare minimum in it with few amenities

The property is very dirty there was mold in the bathroom of all three rooms we rented the door handle was broken on one of the rooms there was a rat poison or some sort of white powder substance all over one of the rooms when the door handle was brought up to a staff they just chuckled and asked how the guy got out would not recommend this property only stayed there because it was close to our job

I booked for an creek view room with balcony and wasn’t giving the room in which i had booked for. The room door took for ever to read the room key for us to get into the room. That was super annoying. We ended up getting 4 sets of keys.

No smoke detector in room. No working ice machines. Pool closed. Smelled nasty in areas.

The staff went out of their to make check in easy since we arrived so late. Our stay wonderful and very comfortable.

I would avoid this hotel and change his owners frequently and it just uses paint to cover up the miserable rooms hallways and facilities

Very poorly maintained. Looked like the lower portion had been flooded---and old carpet was still there.

No place to hang up our clothes or towels.

they would not let me check in until 5pm so I asked to cancel my reservation and get money back and they said yes but they never gave me my money back. They were very under staffed and other folks were complaining in the lobby. I used my points with you all and also $126 all gone.

The girl at the front desk was super sweet, checking in and out was very easy! The hotel itself smelled very strongly of cigarettes & was just overall kind of rundown.

We arrived just after 3:00 pm. Our room was now ready. Staff stayed it would be about 30 minutes until it would be ready. At 4:30 pm the room was still not ready. They had no idea when it would be ready. Three other parties were also wait for rooms to be prepared. We decided to go somewhere else and asked for a refund since the hotel did not live up to their end of the agreement. Staff stated our reservation was canceled at our request and that the cost of our room would be credited to our credit card. We left and found a very nice room down the street at a different property.

PROPERTY IS NOT READY FOR OCCUPANCY IN MY OPINION. SITE SAID IT HAD BEEN RENOVATED,IF IT WAS, YOUR CONTRACTOR DID A TERRIBLE JOB. WE WON'T BE BACK!!!

we arrived at 5 pm 1 room was ready the other was not. there was a smell that made me sick to my stomach. There was NO extra towels on site. The best thing for me was the elevator was not working. I have bad knees and cannot take stairs. So we did not stay..

Nice clean place

For $100 a night after taxes I am super disappointed. The entire hallway where the "smoke free" rooms were smelled terribly of cigarettes. I had got in late and went right to sleep so I didn't notice until the morning there were stains on the furniture that I don't even want to say what I think it was. Under the white sheets was a white comforter with yellow stains all over it. As I was leaving the room the next morning I saw a cockroach on the wall near the door. I told the desk attendant and showed her a picture. She reacted as if the bug was on her and said pest control comes weekly so didn't know how it got there. I don't like leaving negative reviews even in a situation like this but the website doesn't give me an email address to leave feedback and I was on hold so long when I called that I couldn't wait any longer.

Much older hotel. Beds were small… not very comfortable. More like a double than a queen. Refrigerator was not on and didn’t work when plugged in. Girl at desk was new and didn’t know where our room was. I booked this one over another because it had breakfast and they didn’t serve breakfast anymore.

We were short on towels for our entire 3 night stay. On 3 trips to the front desk, we were promised someone would bring them to our room, (they always said they had “just put a load in to wash”) but we never got them! While the building has been renovated, cleanliness does not appear to be a high priority. The lobby is difficult to find as there are no prominent signs inside or out. There was often a small group congregated at Entrance 2 (a door that did not latch closed). Don’t know if they were “guests,” locals or employees. I guess I expected too much from the Clairion name and was very disappointed!

Hall rugs stink and are stained. Room was not cleaned well. No breakfast or use of pool as advertised.

The guy at the front counter was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our rooms both had a funky smell and weren’t cleaned well. The rooms had updated bathrooms and decor. Our toilet made dripping noises all night. There seemed to be a lot of long term residents that hung around the parking lots and by the doorways. Overall wasn’t a terrible stay for one night but wouldn’t stay here again.

Bathroom curtain covered with mold. Same for ceiling tiles in BR and grout in BR. Hall smelled of moisture and just overall old and in poor condition. Also our suite faced the main road and traffic noise was excessive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Parking lot hard to access, have to go around diner

Loved the size of the shower and good lighting . The room was freshly painted and it was large and comfortable. It would have looked even nicer if paint splatters were cleaned up. The bathroom floor always looked dirty but it was paint. Hallways are in sad condition. Really disliked that it is advertised to come with breakfast and there was none.

Clean room/ updated/ location Hallway needs to have more air flow. It had had a musky smell. Breakfast was very nice. Outer doors need to be locked for security reasons. Someone had put a stick in the doorway to keep it open. Anyone could come off the highway and come in.

Renovated, spacious room with comfortable beds. Air conditioning was cool and shower was hot. Exceptional value. Front desk person needed to be more welcoming, but I think he was harried. He never made eye contact. Breakfast was okay with coffee, mkcrovpwa e eggs, and sausage. Shower had some wayward hairs in it and all renovations weren’t complete. There was a loud group after 10:30.not sure where they were, but they were outside on a patio or on a sidewalk, not in an adjacent room. No one ever quieted this group. We put in ear plugs, turned up the air, and went to sleep. You can’t beat the price. The bed was great, the shower was hot, and it’s roght on the expressway. We would stop again.

Decent hotel! No hot water at kitchen sink! No hand towels in kitchen! Not enough overhead light!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving because of visiting my husband's father. Unfortunately, the hotel was renovating and very much looked like it. Our room didn't give the appearance of being done. No soap dish in the shower and the cover fell off the A/C heater unit in the middle of the night. The renovation crew had to replace the outlet to get our cable to work because maintenance couldn't fix it. The exercise room was closed for "repairs/renovation". One of the other rooms in our party had to switch rooms because the heat didn't work in their first one. Although the breakfast had hot items, it disappointing to have everything being carbs and no protein. But I guess what's frustrating the most, is that there was no warning. If we had known they would be doing renovation and that the whole place would look like and feel like a construction zone, we would have gone somewhere else to stay.
