Bathroom is so tiny you can barely change into clothes, no hooks on door or wall to hang up clothes when you come out of shower. Told housekeeping not to clean room but we needed clean face clothes, she did not bring us any. Had to phone the front desk from the pool area to get some towels, the worker showed up with 6 towels and they were all taken when he came in because the pool was really busy. Had to call again for more towels, he came back with a small arm load, and I managed to get 3 towels for the 4 of us. Balcony had garbage on it. Free water in Lobby was always empty so we couldn’t fill our cups. Fridge in room was turned up high but was barely cold enough to keep our drinks cool.

Great location for what we needed - given we were driving to places around the greater StJ's area and beyond.
The staff are very nice and helpful, although they don't communicate between the teams as well as they should. The building is showing its age, but is overall clean and in reasonable shape. However, the key card system probably needs an update - we had to get new key cards 4 times over 6 nights as they were failing no matter how much care we took with them.

Booked this hotel specifically for fun for my children for the water slides. Unfortunately, when we arrived we learned the slides are only available on weekends.. this isn’t listed anywhere when booking or ANYWHERE on the website or hotels.com. They trick families into staying for the amenity and it isn’t actually available all the time. We could have booked a hotel where this amenity is available. An otherwise beautiful hotel completely ruined by false advertising and unclear specifications on amenity availability.

It was an excellent stay at this hotel. Very friendly and loveable staff. Simple check in and check out process. Would definitely come here again to stay. East Side Mario's is a great addition to this hotel as well. Amazing tasting food ❤️

The hallway to our room smelled like urine. Before we left I noticed brown stains on the wallpaper next to the toilet

Housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:30am asking when we are leaving was very inconvenient when we were trying to sleep.

Our stay was good except we had to change our room keys five times due to keys not working. i went to take a bath and the bathtub wasn't cleaned. It looked clean but when i got in the tub it felt like it was dirty the sides and bottom of tub felt grainy and rubing my hand over it the dirt came off. needless to say i didn't get my hot bath i was so looking forward to.

Great location, about 5-7 minutes walk across to the 1 Line and airport.
The rooms are comfortable but bit ageing as seen in the carpets, etc ... They should be updated/renovated.

It is an older hotel but clean.

The good thing about the property is that it’s centrally located in the city. The bad things were that the washroom was so small I could barely close the door between myself and the toilet. Also, housekeeping came and did the room after the first night and when we came back they there was only one bed done and the other one wasn’t touched. The rooms cost me $400 per night and I expected much better accommodations than this.

Horrible experience. Hotel room was not clean. I had fresh blood on my sheets, dust everywhere. Footprints on the window ledge and greasy handprints on the door. Manager gave us a free night to rectify this but we will not be back

First thing elevator to the newly renovated part was out of order. So got rebooked into older section, room was dirty, remote didn’t work no USB charger ports and also could feel springs from mattress.

Unfortunately we did not get to stay here. I had our suite room booked since may and upon arrival they informed us that our room was not going to be available. We had 2 young children with us, therefore the suite was our only option. They offered us other rooms, and free breakfast (which was complimentary anyway) but the room offered was not appropriate for us. The lady at the front desk was very kind, however we had travelled 6 hours to get to our hotel only to find out it was not available. A curtesy call ahead of arrival would have been appreciated. Instead we had to find a new hotel appropriate for our family in the parking lot.

Myself and kids did not use the shower because it was full of hairs.
I called down to get an extra blanket because I was cold and no one came with anything.
Overall everything was good expect for those two things.

Our first room had an AC unit that made the room warmer instead of cooler and we were moved the next day. While the rooms have been renovated the washroom layout is very awkward; you can barely close the door without stubbing a toe. I was very surprised that there was no in room safe!
