The property is clearly an older location with a relatively recent renovation. Rooms were very small and barely adequate. Bathroom fit and finish was barely ok. It wasn't dirty, but also not spotless.
It was not the worst by any means, however there was room for improvement.

I accidentally booked the day before our trip and they would not honor changing the reservation to the right date which was Saturday, not Friday! I will not use Hotels.com because there was no refund or cancellation honored.

Had to flushed the toilet 10 times for it to clear up. Room service walked in while I was asleep. They did not acknowledge themselves until I said who is that maintenance was supposed to come in and fix the toilet and the yet came in to do so

Take 50 dollars out for a towel that had dirt on it its a towel its meant to be dirty thats why u wash it and the girls up front be so busy on their phones in the back you have to wait 40 minutes till they get to the front to check out

Fine except the fitness center door was broken and no one could get in. It was one main reason I chose this property over a less expensive hotel.

Property was very clean throughout. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was delicious! This was our first stay and will be our go to hotel every visit to Shriners .

I love the non-carpeted floor, quiet room and comfy bed. Jenee was attentive to my room need at check-in, I changed the room three times, she was patient n willing to accommodate me. Will stay here again.

The room and staff were fine. Upon arrival, I was charged $53 for " incidentals ". The staff could not tell me what incidentals were other than "it's a security deposit ". I was ok with that, except that they kept $3, for a "service charge" . Service charge for what?? That is a bunch of crap. If that is a Comfort Inn policy, then this will be my last stay at a Comfort Inn.

The staff was very short and didn’t seem very eager to help. The bed was very hard with a thin mattress topper on it. The pillows weren’t very comfortable either. I will say the breakfast was pretty good, and the stay wasn’t bad for the cost. Just could have been better, too.

The employee who checked us in did not greet us. She just walked up to the counter with greasy looking rubber gloves on and started tapping on keyboard. I could hardly hear her speak and had to ask her to repeat herself several times. She didnt tell us our room number or where the elevators were. I think she needs training.

Excellent location and check-in was easy. The facilities are pretty good for the most part and the breakfast was better than most places I have stayed at within the price point of the room. I wish the TV system were set up for streaming service so I could have logged into my applications to watch more than the provided channels. The only challenge was that my room was a non-smoking room and my linens had a faint smoke smell. In the morning upon checkout, I provided feedback to the Front Desk Agent. She showed concern and professionalism and made notes to share with the appropriate people. Thank you.

Checked in on Wednesday, July 17 around 2:30 PM. The Checkin Clerk was all I can describe as "surly". Not friendly. Did not explain until asked, why I had to approve charges that were $50 over my reservation price (for incidentals). Room was dated and chairs worn. I would probably NOT stay at this hotel again.

Nice rooms. The major complaint was the AC didn't keep the room cool enough. The first room we had the AC unit quit, they transferred us to another room. The AC in that room wasn't that much colder. I was given the choice of checking out early or moving to another room. We just tolerated the AC in the room we was in.
