The breakfast was simple, but fresh and delicious.

Very nice staff, great breakfast and great swimming pool outdoors. Most importantly it’s in a much more peaceful area. Highly recommend this place.

Convenient stopover to visit UVA. Close to restaurants andshopping. Inn was clean and included breakfast was quite good.

You can hear everything in your room. We also had to wipe down high traffic touched areas when arriving. There was dirty finger prints and makeup stains.

This location is in the middle of renovating their 1st floor. But other than that, this hotel was perfectly located to UVA.

One of the best Hampton Inn hotels we have stayed. Clean hotel, courteous front desk help. Rooms were modern with 50 inch tv’s. Easy parking and good breakfast selection.

We normally love Hampton Inns, which are generally consistent wherever you go. This one, however, is the exception. While the lobby is fine and the staff was kind enough, the room was exceptionally cramped and had a bathroom barn door, which allows for very little privacy. The bedding was anemic and the overall space was just subpar. There was a posterboard in the lobby announcing that they will be updating the guest rooms later this year with new furniture and light fixtures, but it doesn't appear that the bathroom doors will be replaced with privacy doors or that the rooms will be made larger. Hopefully, they can reconfigure the rooms so they're more comfortable even with the tight space. We intended to stay 2 nights, but left after 1 because the room was just so uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. My only complaint is that the room, bathroom, and continental breakfast were all small. They were adequate and nothing else was wrong, but for the price, I expected something bigger.

Awesome stay!! The staff, from check-in to check-out, front desk, cleaning, and breakfast, was professional and friendly. The room was super clean. I like the "black out" shades in the rooms. The breakfast had an excellent selection of items (eggs, waffles, sausage, baked goods, good coffee). The room was very quiet even though we were the room closest to the elevator. Would highly recommend.

It needs upgrading but overall good stay, it was clean and great location.

Rooms were very small compared to most Hampton Inns. Three busloads of college students made breakfast very difficult.

We stayed 4 nights and had no worries. It was comfortable; and the breakfast was great. I always chose this hotel chain.

We came in for a weekend with our daughter. Easy check in. Great towels and the bed was SO comfortable! We had a small issue arise which was promptly corrected. AC at this hotel is WONDERFUL and a Texans we appreciated that so much

Easy and friendly check in is one think that makes me return to a hotel. As well as a quiet room and comfy bed. We will use this hotel again in the future.

Comfortable stay, no bathroom fan.

The elevator shut on my arm and bruised it up really bad. This is the only negative thing I have to say. Everything else was great.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels and amenities. Dining area clean and well stocked. Great job by Kathy and the rest of the morning crew.

Very nice. Only issue was no suites available but that was my fault for not reading description better.

Overall great stay. The rooms are a bit narrow but well thought out and modernized. What makes this place is the amazing staff. Everybody is so friendly and kind and they are always smiling. Will continue to come back here while our son is attending UVA.

The staff went out of their way to welcome me to the hotel. Really thought my stay they were very helpful efficient and friendly.

We prefer staying at Hampton Inn hotels everywhere we go. From the check-in and room conditions, all are satisfactory

Vents didn't run any either of the bathrooms. Carpet felt damp. Funky smell. Size of room much smaller than others. We had a king with an adjoining 2 Queen. Usually the King has a couch. This room only had one seated chair.
