The stay was great. The price was worth it. The hotel is in a good spot just outside of King Ave and all the businesses. One funny thing to note, is that we noticed a banana sitting one the phone, as if it was the phone! The phone was still attached, but not hung up, and the banana replaced it I guess. We figured someone before us, set it up that way as a prank. We laughed about and left it that way!

The staff help me with my bags after I had surgery and were very friendly.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean. The AC wouldn’t stay engaged long enough to keep the room cool, but we just opened the window and turned the fan on high and had no issue (Gotta love cool Montana evenings)! Definitely great for a night or two, but not my first choice for staying longer than that. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke in the center of the building, which indicated that the smoking friendly rooms were centrally located, instead of on the far end. There’s no elevator to get to the second floor, which was mildly inconvenient for a bad back. Overall, it was a decent stay, though!

WE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! SHOWER BROKEN, NO RESPONSE TO FIX OR PROVIDE REFUND!!!! My family booked a room here after 8 days camping, for a shower and a night in a real bed to break up our 16 hour drive home. Our bar was low: clean room, beds, and a shower that works. They were unable to provide these simple accommodations and were unable to provide any support when OUR SHOWER DID NOT DRAIN AND WE WERE UNABLE TO SHOWER ACCEPT BY BAILING THE BATHTUB OUT WITH A TRASH CAN EVERY FEW MINUTES. When I let the front desk know about the issue they said that they were booked, so they couldn’t change our room, and they didn’t have maintenance or a manager available until the morning (WHAT?????). They also said that the hotel was already aware of an issue with the drain in that room - WHICH MEANS THEY HAD RENTED IT OUT KNOWING THIS WAS A PROBLEM. In the morning, I talked to another person at the front desk who said she couldn’t help me because I’d booked through Expedia and I would have to contact Expedia, have them contact the hotel for a discount or refund. I contacted Expedia, Expedia contacted the hotel AND THEY REFUSED TO APPROVE A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND AFTER ASSURING ME THAT CONTACT FROM EXPEDIA WAS THE ONLY WAY THEY COULD MAKE ANY ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE ISSUE. I am so disappointed and frustrated by the very poor management and complete lack of support or accountability shown by this hotel and will absolutely never return here.

Loved the updated room with no carpet. Not a germaphobe but this feels much cleaner.
