Furniture was missing a drawer. Room was clean. Lots of exterior noise in the evening and early morning.

Get ready, they want $100 cash only to for a safety deposit. I get it you need something for incidentals but with no other option but cash ridiculous… next we went into the room and were told not to worry about the missing drawers they already knew about that but was met with the room being totally disgusting. There was blood on the sheets and other brown marks all over. ALL THREE BEDS WERE HORRENDOUS.There was mosquitos and flies. The toilet seat was wet. Someone stole the fire detector because there wasn’t one on the wall! The tv remote wasn’t for the tv in the room . Just all around horrible. Avoid this place like the plague.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Like sleeping on a piece or wood. The pillows were so thin.

For starters the price was not what was quoted when i booked the room, which I am still trying to fight. Next, they dont tell you that they take cash for the incidentals. The toilet did not work for 2 days afer asking several times to fix it. The ice machine was broken. The only plus was that it was across the street.

Good size room with 3 beds, across the street from Knotts berry farms, but the beds were not comfortable. They only gave us 4 bath towels when the room is for 6 people. When we asked for more she said there was only one left and they had no hand towels or wash clothes. Blankets did not look clean either.

Where to start? This place is disgusting. At check in, they demanded a cash only deposit, insisting its in the terms on the website (it’s not). The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the carpet was torn and stained, and there was red staining on the ceiling- I hope it’s not blood!The furniture and fixtures were broken. I checked the chair they used for a nightstand but there was no phone. No answer when I called the desk, even though the guy was standing there. I got a new room, it had slightly better smell. But tons of mildew in the bathroom and it looks like the toilet seat was used as a cutting board. By now we were late for dinner and Knotts. We got back at 2am to find the sheets were dirty. Actual dirt in the bed. And stained sheets. Then we found a roach. When my son moved a chair to plug in his phone, there was dog poop on the carpet near the corner. Absolutely disgusting. We never unpacked. We grabbed our bags and left. I woke up the clerk to get my deposit back and told him all about the problems. He didn’t care and said it wasn’t his fault. Avoid this place.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever checked in to. They charged my card before we even checked in. We didn’t even stay the night and left to go to a different hotel because it was disgusting. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the dresser drawers didn’t have bottoms to them. They are refusing to refund the unauthorized charge, which I will now be issuing a chargeback. Do not stay here if you respect yourself.

The room was O L D. There was several holes in the wall. The door to the bathroom was broken. At least the floors were not carpet so you could see they had been cleaned. The bed was hard and not comfortable. At least the people working were nice and we got our deposit back.

The room was not properly cleaned. The size of the room was perfect for my family. But the quality was not. You get what you pay for.

Our go to spot whenever we make a Cali trip. So close to everything.

The room stunk. I asked why they just did cockroach cleaning you get two body towels nothing else while I was there. I killed two cockroaches six bugs. I asked the maintenance guy two different times to please come in into the room and spray because the smell was Tolerable!! Beware staying there

I have pictures as proof.Carpet beyond filthy. Bathroom light was broken. Told management they didn’t lift a finger. It was like too bad. Filthy lamp shades broken dresser. Very rude manager.

I’m surprised by any positive reviews about this place. Beds are terrible. My husband and i’s backs were so bad after just a night there. Gunshots go off throughout the night. No extra pillows. Burn holes in the blankets. No soaps or shampoos in bathroom (which really matters if you fly in!). The lady at the nearby Walgreens (we were there looking for pillows since we didn’t have enough!) said she used to live here but left because of the roaches. Everything felt great and dirty. Anyway…. Needless to say we found another place to stay after 1 miserable night here.

No family should stay here and also they ask for$100 CASH deposit when you check in. I refused, asked for less, i refused... able to check in anyway but left shortly after seeing the room and the fire alarm was beeping... hard pass

Staff was great. Friendly. Had a tv issue they came within 2 minutes no lie. Pool was nice and clean. Room had microwave and a fridge when most in that price range do not. Close to knotts. Great price. Will bring the family again.

Booking was simple and check in was smooth. The room was in need of repairs. The bathroom was dangerous in that after a shower the floor was flooded past the toilet. After showering it was necessary to mop the floor with a towel. The shower was rimless and I believe it was to accommodate a wheelchair. The bathroom light went on by itself all night. It has a motion detector switch but went on even after closing the door. Lights were so dim could not read. No instructions on using tv.

This property expects a $100 cash deposit, which took us by surprise. We love how close it is to Knott's Berry Farm, but parking for the night is a nightmare.

You pay for what you get

So much wrong we don’t even know where to begin. We had rented two rooms both rooms bathroom doors were rotted and we’re not able to be shut. We were there for one week and our rooms were not cleaned once we had to reuse the same towels the entire week we were there, we had to beg for toilet paper. Our air conditioner was broken when we asked about getting it fixed, we were just told to unplug the air conditioner and plug it back in whenever it stopped working which only worked for 10 minutes before it stopped working again. We found bugs all over our hotel room. There were no phones in the room could not use the tub because they didn’t give us a drain plug The hotel rooms were really dirty, mouldy lots of damage in areas And whenever we brought questions up to the front desk person, they just brushed it away every time and didn’t care. We watched drug dealers go down in the parking lot and we watched sex workers Rent and use the rooms with John avoid this place as much as possible. It is definitely not worth the headache or the money if I could give a great below 1 I would

I saw 2 roaches fruit flies the walls were dirty there was grease stains in the ceiling beds were worn out and at 4am the ac broke and they were not able to fix it till 7am which they never came the bathroom wall had a hole with mold that was covered with toilet paper

Room was nasty. Walls neede to be scrubbed down. Only had 3 towels. You get what you pay for. Cops are always in and out of this place. Lots of drug users cleaning out there cars all hours of the night. Prostitution!!!. What did it for me was when one of the owners who drives a sporty red honda came over to me amd my family and told me that my daughter who is 11 yrs old and has SPECIAL NEEDS (AUTISM) was making too much noise SINGING!. He claimed that someone who was staying there was the one who was complaining. But it was him he was staring at my daughter giving her looks because she was singing Miley Cyrus guys. He had just pulled up and we were already in the pool.since 11am and not once did anyone say something it was him. Then when we told him shes has special needs and shes not going to stop singing his response was oh i didnt know. Yeah and you dont need to know sir that for me and my family to know i dont need to explain anything to you. So no singing in the pool but go ahead and allow all the other illegal activities to happen on your property got it.

I stay here often when going to Disney or Knott’s/Soak City and I often travel alone. I have a favorite room and the staff is wonderful to accommodate me when possible.

Huge space under door, had to block it with a towel. Got really noisy. Pool was not clean. Extremely convenient to Knotts so it satisfied our needs. Bed was ok.

You get for what you pay for. Literally crossed the street to knotts. That was convenient.

what we didn't like was when we got out of the shower and walked to the bed our feet were black. the tv did not work. we tried to turn it on 4 times, would not turn on. Then during the middle of the night, the tv came on 4 different times. No washcloths or hand towels.
