This is an absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed in in my 50 years. Floors were dirty one used roll of toilet paper. Paper thin walls with loud people on one side and a baby that screamed all night on the other

It was a pick a hotel that I could afford, so I could get some sleep. I would not choose this motel for a longer stay, but it served its purpose. Loved the shower wand instead of just a shower head. Sleeping on the bed, still has my back messed up 5 days later and the AC was loud. Old hotel, currently in renovation. I love it when breakfast is an option, but this place did not have a breakfast.

I had already purchased the room. I was unaware of a $100 deposit; I was also unaware of a pet fee for each pet. When I searched hotels I put in for a pet friendly hotel. I was just a little annoyed at added fees. Also, the room keys never worked. I had to go get a new key multiple times. The courtyard area was beautiful, as well as the pool! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, everything was fine for the most part.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! They force you to put down a fee incase you mess something up. It’s 100 dollars on top of the overly priced rate for a hotel that is pretty much a falling apart and run down place. They WILL not give you your deposit back. Plus the front office staff is extremely rude. Just go to another place. Don’t let them steal your money.

It was the worst place my family and I have stayed. We didn't even get the room we booked and the staff was very rude. And it was pretty much a drug hotel. It was not at all family friendly place. My family and I will not ever stay in this hotel again. I also wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

People smoking weed in the stair wells, very loud, beds were extremely uncomfortable, half the time the key card wouldn’t work.. overall the other people at this location made it hard to enjoy the stay ended up leaving do to theft. It might be a cheap option but definitely not worth it.

Too far from the beach. The motel was very sketchy. Not very family oriented. Just got bad vibes from the other guest.

BED BUGS!!! Sketchy area with people smoking weed all around the property and pool area, door didn’t seem to lock correctly from previous damage, A/Cs didn’t work in a number of rooms, BED BUGS, dirty sheets. Went back to ask for a refund 20 minutes after checking in and they told me I had to come back to speak with the manager when they were on site, which she NEVER WAS. Said she would call me back and never did! Staff was rude about me asking for my money back and when I went to return my keys all they said was “uh huh”. Do not stay here! It’s filthy and infested!

air conditioner had to be replaced and shower would not come on so everyone had to take baths room was clean and comfortable after the air was fixed

I have never been to a hotel were majority of the things you need was Easy and convenient to the Interstate, Easy parking, staff and guest was friendly, rooms was clean, walkable to places, quiet and was able to relax without people walking all night, car horn blowing and trash cans running over with trash falling on the ground. I am making plans now to come back again. One thing I did not like is the Ice Machine needs to be replace. Not sure if it worked, it just looked to rusty for me. Just my opinion. Most of all, I was well rested after leaving Rest and Relax Inn. The maintenance guy Mr. HARVEY made our stay relaxing by changing one of the room locks on the door for us with no question ask. Mr. HARVEY was extremely friendly and the 3 days we were there he always said Good Morning anything you need, is everything ok. Well Done Mr. HARVEY. We will visit again soon.

They stole my deposit! Will never stay there again and will not use your service anymore because this is the second motel in a row that i have had issues with! I booked a king bed for i think it was $65 a night. They said they didn't have a single bed room, so they would have to give me another kind of room.

No amenities, the beds were not queen sized, they were only full sized. Rust and drywall debris all over the room.

The hotel was horrible. They were remodeling and had tape and paint everywhere. It was cheap. Half was for short stays and the other half were for full time live in guests. There was junkies roaming. Nothing looked like the pictures. Tv didn’t work nor WiFi

They only gave me half of my deposit back because their towels were dirty? Which they were only dirty because their floors were just that filthy we cleaned up pool water from the kids suites and that’s what had come up off the floor and I had to pay for it? You should tell customers to bring their own towels if they have to pay a whole lot more then the towel was even worth mind their towels are very cheap thin small towels and they only gave me 2 full size towels with the room! Just taking whatever money they can from people which is a very ugly way to be!

The person In the morning was very impolite. Then they tried to charge me again saying my card was declined and I have proof that they took it out of my account. When I went to ask about things the girl was rude. Won't be going back. As we went to leave there was cops on the parking lot. It did not make me feel safe there at all.

I enjoyed the stay

There were people working there that were hanging out with and talking to homeless people who had taken up residence in the parking lot and i didnt feel safe going to my room. There were couples loudly fighting. My room lost power to half of it the last day of my stay. I never felt less safe at a hotel.

The person at the front desk was so amazing! She was funny and polite and made checking in fun.

The hotel was remodeling, pictures are alittle deceiving. The room has no drawers space no closet and i had a plastic knife as a lock on door to the adjoining room. We only used to place to sleep and honestly i was a bit weary but for the price i paid,its was to be expected. On a plus side it was quiet.

Convenient last minute find.

I found the updates to the room to be alot nicer than most the hotels in the same ares. The are doing work to update the vicinity but it isnt a factor to your stay. Overall, id recommend the hotel for anyone needing a place to stay overnight or on a visit to town. Also, the staff was very kind during my stay.

Ladies traveling alone or even in a group of ladies - don’t stay here! I will never stay in this location again. Yes they are in a remodel and that was fine. The pictures that they have posted on the site are very deceiving. We registered 3 adults staying in the room, but they would only allow 2 sets of towels in the room at a time! The beds although the mattresses were fine - the actual frames and support of the beds were not. They clunked like kicking an aluminum trash can anytime anyone over 100 lbs moved on them. The whole situation was frustrating and I got complained on for being rude - I was not intentionally rude - I was frustrated and upset. I did apologize for coming off as rude. I truly regret booking this hotel and spending money there - next time I need a place - I will be going with a place that I can have privacy.
