Appears to be newly renovated. Nice and clean. The fitness room was very nice. Friendly staff, and a very nice (but pricy) area

It was amazing!! The hotel was convenient and clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were fabulous. Staff made it so easy to check in and they had parking on site. That was great as parking around the area is almost impossible.

The Georgetown Inn is always a fine place to stay and it never ceases to satisfy from the fine Restaurant to the fine linens to the outstanding staff. The Georgetown Inn has it all the location is unbelievable right in the heart of Georgetown with plenty of dining options coffee options shopping options and a whole herd of other things to do. I highly recommend The Georgetown Inn to everyone.

The property was very nice and the location was perfect. Everyone was very helpful. The rooms were very hot that we couldn’t sleep any of the nights. Also the ladies room on the first floor had what I would consider, an inappropriate mural on the wall. Hard to explain to younger children. Other than that I thought it was great.

They gave us a very old room, the AC was terrible and dropping water. The water in the bathroom was weak. The furniture was too old. They changed the room for us but there was no vip access upgrade

The hotel was in a fabulous area and with the free Valet parking credit to my One-Key status parking could not of been easier. The area can't be beat. 10/10 I would stay there again. I deducted one star because of the noise above my room? Not sure what was going on. I called the front desk and they tried to address it, but to no avail, but they did try. Staff was friendly and fabulous.

We booked this location as it was in our favorable place of Georgetown. Also, the main drive was the VIP Access or perk, flag that was posted for this hotel.
However the place had cockroach babies inside the plastic packaging of the bathroom slides and the Keurig coffee maker was moldy. We only realized aboit the dirty coffee maker after having a couple of cups :( Felt disgusted and it got worse after we saw the cockroach babies in the bag holding the bath slippers 😞
A total let down.
Now, we will not trust the VIP perk flag on the hotels, blindly.

The staff make the place! It’s a lovely hotel but the people, from the valet and front desk, to the restaurant inside, were all so friendly, respectful, helpful, and effortlessly efficient. Looking forward to staying again soon. Thanks

The location is terrific - lots of options for dinner out within walking distance. The property is clean, although it is tired and outdated. Bathroom is spacious enough but needed to be upgraded; tile is not in good shape. No refrigerator. Biggest issue for me was lack of restaurant or bar at night. I stayed Mon-Wed nights and it wasn’t ever possible to eat there at night or even get a glass of wine. Staff was functional but not gracious or very friendly. When I left this morning at 6am, there was no coffee available in the lobby and the restaurant was dark. Not very customer focused, in my opinion. The price is 4stars, but the rooms, the service and amenities are not.

Cozy hotel in Georgetown..walking distance from national mall, etc. Plus a bunch of restaurants and cofee shops near the hotel. I didn't even need to rent a car. Super friendly staff. Hotel is connected to a really nice restaurant.
