Took my niece to Paris did her 25th birthday and I wanted her to experience a great boutique hotel with a Parisian aesthetic. This hotel did not disappoint! The rooms are a great size. Beautiful decor. Very clean. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Also amazing location to the shopping, resturants, attractions ans Effiel Tower.

We had 2 days in Paris to get as much of the highlights in as we could. The location of this gem of a hotel is perfect. Walking diatance to all of the shopping yoi could want, and also to the Eifel tower. The staff was amazingly helpful and the hotel itself was beyond compare. Dont hesitate to ask them for what you need, they will get it done. The rooms were also top notch. Book this hotel!

Beautiful and cozy room with a baclony on the 5th floor! Breakfast was light but nice and delivered to the room every morning when requested. Beds were clean and extremely comfortable and they accomdated a special request with handpicked flowers for my wifes birthday and a bottle of wine! Front desk staff, and staff all around, were very nice!

We really loved our stay at this hotel, the location was great being walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and champs Elysee and an easy metro ride or Uber to any other part of Paris. The room was lovely and the staff was SOO nice, always ready to assist us and give recommendations. The included breakfast was nice as well. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at the West End Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything from the kind, helpful and welcoming staff and service (especially Saman at reception and Ananda at the breakfast buffet) to the impeccable cleanliness, charm, amenities and location of this hotel were amazing! We will definitely be staying at the West End Hotel on our next trip to Paris.

I recently stayed at Hotel West End Paris, and while the location and amenities were excellent, my experience was completely ruined by the staff. During my stay, I was *shouted at* and *harassed* by the hotel staff for no apparent reason. This behavior was completely uncalled for and left me emotionally disturbed.
What should have been a wonderful experience turned into a nightmare because of how I was treated. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your peace of mind and don't want to be shouted at during your stay, I suggest looking elsewhere. This was truly unacceptable and left me regretting my decision to stay here.

Hotel West End is en excellent option if you are looking for a luxury boutique hotel in one of the best locations in Paris. What you don’t get are some facilities which would be found in large luxury hotel chains, however this is more than compensated by the attentive personal service provided by this excellent hotel. We stayed in in a Delux room and this was as good as any 5 star hotel room we have stayed in; three large windows opening onto traditional balconies and a view of the Eiffel Tower! In short, if you want a great Parisian experience look no further than the Hotel West End.

Beautiful, reasonably priced hotel right in the center of the Golden Triangle of Paris. Easy walk to Champs Elysee and the Eiffel Tower. Wonderful staff.

It is a great little boutique hotel not far from the fashion district and other attractions. There was some construction going on in the area, but it was not a problem. It couldn't be safer with a police station on the corner. From the balcony, you have great views of the Eiffel Tower!

We stayed at this hotel for holiday purposes with my 12-year-old daughter. My daughter had a fever and I had to go to the pharmacy. A lady from the hotel came with me to the pharmacy and interpreted me to get the right medicine. Afterwards, I wanted to move to a larger room if there was room available. The manager and the lady I mentioned took us to a much more suitable room. They helped me a lot. I don't know their names, but I thank them. In general, the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. There is construction in the building next to the hotel, but there is not much noise. The breakfast room is very small, but if you want, they bring breakfast to your room and this is not a problem. The location of the hotel is amazing. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Omg this hotel was too cute it was small but I loved it I was able to walk literally everywhere lol it’s a great location for food, shopping and sightseeing Ubers and taxi were easy also . The breakfast layout is very limited but appreciated lol I would stay again maybe get a larger room lol

The hotel was stunning! Everything we could have asked for in a hotel in the heart of Paris! The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful. We absolutely loved this place.

Our AC was broke on the day we arrived into our room. The front desk insisted they just had to "reset" it. After day 3 they finally had someone out to look at it and they determined it was actually broke. So for 3 days we had no AC it was hot and uncomfortable in our room. It took the management 3 days to finally offer us to switch the room (we are here only 4 days). So that made for an awful experience. Won't stay here again.
