RUN DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH The first room we were placed in was disgusting. It smelled like mildew, and there was mold in the room. The bedding was never turned over or clean from the previous person who stayed when we notified the front desk. They sent down a maintenance clerk who checked another room and turned us away from that one and asked if I wanted a room on the second floor when I had specifications on handicap requirement, we told them no we needed a first floor room. We were put into first floor room on the other side of the building room 22. We were running late for things upon examining once we got back to the room. The linens were filthy never cleaned or there was mold in that room cockroaches the faucet of the shower was completely off the wall , and the carpets were filthy. We found a magnum condom wrapper under the mattress between the mattress and the bedskirt as well as multiple stains of body fluids on the bed skirts floor the carpet. We left notice with the front they refunded our stay and the owner was on site came to talk to us 12 hours later. Still no contact from the owner and our phone number was left for him to call us. I will be reporting to the health department corporate in the Better Business Bureau.

it was a very basic motel nothing more

The room was comfortable. The staff was great and very accommodating. The only problem I had was with the television. Most of the channels were in spanish and I don't speak spanish.

Had to wait nearly an hour just to check in. Room smelled of mildew. Air conditioner barely worked. Room was filthy, dirty lamp shades. Mold growing in the coffee maker. Hair and stains on the bed. Only good thing was the location and the staff was nice. Otherwise it wasn't worth the price. We would rather be sleeping in our car or driving on to the next stop.

Old, smells a little funny.

When we checked in the property required us to place a $50 security deposit. I have never had this happen before. They charged my card that I booked the room on for the full amount and I had to pay and additional $50

Didn’t really care for the homeless people hanging out back where my room was. Only stairs so it was tricky getting my bags up. Not many sidewalks so the jaunt to the mini mart was sketchy.

The rooms was clean, but they need to refill their soap, shampoo, conditioner bottles, and the breakfast isn't so tasty

Towels stsined

I reserved a handicap accessible room. Check in went smoothly but once we got to our room, opened the door and we’re almost knocked off of out feet from the smell of mildew. It was extremely strong. Called front desk and they had no other rooms. The room was an adjoining room. Blocking this door was a large easy chair. Couldn’t get my wheelchair between the chair and bed without difficulty. The “yuck” didn’t stop there. I’m n the bathroom, there was hair all over the place, floor, walls, shower and sink. We were told to just wash it down the drain. The carpet was so filthy that it was sticky. Pretty gross! The chair previously mentioned was even filthier! The tv wouldn’t work, broken microwave, couldn’t connect to WiFi,and a hot refrigerator. Makes for an enjoyable stay. A little bit about the breakfast, a Jimmy Dean bowl from the microwave would have been better. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Be wise. Spend your money elsewhere. This is a $50 hotel, on a good day! Our day was not one. Baymont should be ashamed! June 28/29, 2024

Very hard to find property. It was located on Tillmans Corner Parkway but there was no signs.

They had roaches in the bathroom and the room smelled.

Excessive noise

There were bugs in the sink and on the head. The door wouldn't lock and there was stains everywhere. The pictures online are not what you are getting. Needless to say, we stayed 10 minutes and told them we were leaving.

The property was convenient to shopping and dining. They had a continental breakfast which was nice. The staff was great. what I didn't like was it wasn't enough parking spaces. The room needed some extra cleaning. The refrigerator and microwave needed cleaning. The carpet needed vacuum. The sheets had spots on them. The comforter had a burnt hole on it. mirror needed cleaning.

I’ll stay there again

Our stay had some serious issues. Me nd my wife were sitting in the room when someone starting beating on our door We know we didn’t give anyone our room number so we didn’t answer it. About five minutes later, the phone kept ringing over and over again, but once again we didn’t answer. It ended up being someone that we knew who knew where we were staying at, but they didn’t know the room number. Come to find out the front desk or the ones that gave them our room number, which is illegal. We called customer service and the front desk several times. They tried to say it was just someone messing with us anonymously. We try to get a refund so we could go somewhere else or second night, but they wouldn’t do it. The second thing that happened is, we were laying on the bed that next morning, and someone without knocking just came through the door didn’t announce who it was and turned around and walked back out the door and closed it. We still don’t know who this is several times through the night there were knocks on the doors and the windows and we had no idea who was doing it, we went to take a shower on our second night but had to go downstairs to the office bring our towels from the night before to swap them out for more towels and wash which is ridiculous. Guess we should’ve stayed at the Hilton.

Just very clean and super friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Guests standing out of rooms on walkway smoking blocking path . Bottles and cans along walk ways . I stayed with the idea if part of Wyndham gonna be good but I was wrong

Rooms not cleaned properly

The hotel was in a great location but other than that it wasn’t appeasing. The building seems halfway renovated and the smell was overwhelming as in antiquated mildew and cigarettes. The room was ok but the sheets and covers had stains and holes in them. The tub had hair in it as well the mirrors were dirty. The breakfast options were very minimal with no hot food options available. I really hope they can do better in the future to bring to better standards. Although the front desk clerk was courteous and inviting.

I like the easy drive to location. it was very quiet. front desk service and check in was very good. entrance was nice up to date and very clean. bathroom was sticked with Dove products for bath, shower, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. bed was very comfortable. room was very clean, and the maid service was a very nice and courteous gentleman. the hotel has stairs and I was on the second floor, but I don't have any issues using the stairs. I did see a small smear on the sheets that looked like an old dingy stain and the couch was worn, but I always travel with covers and Lysol spray. I will be going back and I will be choosing this hotel for my future stay.

Overall, it was ok. We were apparently "upgraded" to a different room that was handicapped accessible, which was cool because the bathroom was huge. No bathtub. Who cares? The only aggravation was the tv. Was for vision impaired people, so you got a play by play of what was happening on screen. It wound up being funny, with my son an i ad libbing ourselves.Have stayed there before and will again. Usually book for one night.

The bed sheets had blood stains on them. The night stands had some sort of spillage on them, the bathroom was dirty, it was all around a gross room. When we went to talk to the front office about it, she was not very helpful and all she did was give us a new sheet set. Not to mention the room right underneath us had people smoking weed and it was all coming up to our room! 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

Good value for the money. Quiet area.

Only thing to complain about is the laundry facility being out if order .
