Location. Staff was friendly.

The beds was dirty, trash in drawers, tubs broke and toilet seats loose.

it was not far from our venue

needs up dateing. no blanket on bed plug ends not working not enough pillows on bed flooring not finished , pool area only two plastic chairs dollar store grill. people always hanging out in parking 24 hours day. terrible smell in whole place.

Though the location seemed to be run down, we could walk to nearby Mexican restaurant that was as good as the staff told us it was. The motel itself was old and had seen better days but the price was more than fair for the accommodations as they were.

First room had dirty rag on TV stand and some liquid puddled on the floor. Staff quickly remedied the situation by having us upgraded to a suite. That was good but it did take some time to cool that room down. That room (#201) had an interior light that did not work (Yes, we did try the different light switches but we could not get the light to work.) Not a problem that we needed fixed (notified staff when we checked out).

It was close to interstate

Area looked run down. Homeless people begging for money and groups of people drinking outside around parking lot

Room was huge and well lit and beautiful

The lobby and exterior could use some work. One of the towels in my room (folded and in bathroom ready to use) was severely stained. I took it to check out and requested she toss it out. Had to tighten the toilet seat. No biggie there though. Was very noisy outside quite early. Location is crammed in with other hotels and businesses. Not the hotel's Gault for outside noises though so good stay overall

Floors were dirty, walls were dirty, little black pet hairs on the fitted sheet, ice bucket had food in it , no air in elevator or hallway or lobby, smelled like weed when you entered the building, sketchy people

The building is so dirty, front of the building cigarette butts are all over the front building and hallway going to the room are very dirty, and in the room looks good but the floor was not mopped and cleaned. You can see spot of animal poop all over the floor, very nasty. L won’t recommend it to my friends or family.
