It was nice and clean. It was so cold. Could not find a blanket. Tried to get the wall control changed.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and hotel was a very nice place to stay.

Generally, this is a very nice hotel and the pool and gym were awesome. However, the bathroom is rather small and unfortunately there are very few places to hang up towels, so that is one area that could be improved.

Great location & anemities

Beautiful hotel, convenient to the convention center but nothing around it is walkable. Big room with a living room and wet bar. 2 tvs, including a huge one in the bedroom. Decent bar/restaurant onsite (but limited food options).

Very nice clean room

Overall the room was really great! As were as the staff! One thing we didn't like is that the heat wouldn't go up more than a degree, when we got there it was at 66 and after turning it up to 78, at the end of our stay it had only gone up to 67. It was cold in there, I'm always cold so it was difficult. Everything else was great! Thanks!

No’s on the room service and high chair only because they weren’t needed. Beds are incredibly soft. I have back issues and would’ve loved to have at least one of the beds firmer. Otherwise, a great stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near downtown. Everything was was less than a mile away if you wanted to enjoy local atmosphere and food and not big name franchises.

Wedding party the night we stayed. Since doors face the lobby, our son was kept awake due to wedding revelry in the lobby until at least 2am. Because we had a suite, we couldn't hear the noise in the bedroom, but he was sleeping on the couch in the main room, where he might as well have had the door open. I told him he should have called the desk, but oh well, celebrations happen! Our shower head was broken when we arrived, and the desk sent someone up quickly - but it broke again the next day. We were able to rig it so that the water sprayed up instead of out of the tub, but another issue. Overall, thought it was pricy for the condition of the hotel, but we needed the suite and they allowed pets. If you are not picky, it's a decent place for an overnight, but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. Also, Staff was EXCELLENT.

The representative checked us in and gave us a room that someone was in. When we opened the door, they were actively in the middle of sex. Extremely awkward for them and us.

We loved the pool and the little splash pad was so much fun that added so much for our kids. The glass elevator was so nice and the room layout. We really had a nice comfortable stay and it was really close to many locations!

Decent property. Comfortable bed. Rooms are a bit outdated but not terrible. Clean overall. Coffee maker in room didn't work but no bid deal. It was fine for the price.

Check in took 15 minutes, no one at service desk@ 6:00pm. Toilet was clogged, did not use until 9:00 that evening . Service person was up in room fairly quickly. Thought he had it fixed but next time we used it overflowed. Service person was up immediately, 10:00 pm. It took him an hour to make it barely flush w/o overflowing. We asked front desk to move us, could not hotel was full. Asked for some type of credit but because we purchased from your site they could not. We received a free breakfast. Needless to say we are not happy and are looking for some type of compensation.

Outdated, bad elevators. Parking system is terrible. Could not provide towels for the pool. I had requested connecting rooms, when I checked in I was sneered by a receptionist that the queen double rooms don't connect, like I am cheap for staying on those rooms, sorry family of five and got 2 rooms, I will not use Hyatt again.

Hotel room and facilities were great - a beautiful hotel, our room was huge and the pool facilities were fun. My only complaint is front desk ignoring me while trying to ask a question / check out food from their stand (food wasn’t great), and being told I needed to wait for him to disappear into the back twice for long periods of time. I normally wouldn’t care but he actively ignored me standing there at the front desk when no one else was around and spoke to me in a rude tone.

No free breakfast and it was noisy. Even though we stayed at the corner room on the 4th floor, we still could hear the noise from the lobby around 10pm. It seemed that they were always out of clean towls in the pool when we went swimming twice.

The hotel itself was nice. Rooms were spacious. However, there were more cons than pros that will keep us from staying here again. Pool was extremely over chlorinated and cloudy. The biggest reason we won’t be booking this hotel again is the parking! We traveled with my MIL who had an ADA parking plate. There was NEVER any parking available in their lot and they even charge $10 to park in it! One evening I was told to park up the street In a parking garage due to no spots left in the lot. How super inconvenient to have to drop my MIL off and go park down the street and also having to go get the vehicle to leave the hotel the next day. I ONLY received free parking because I signed up for the hotel perks upon arriving. If this wasn’t the case i would have been extremely upset to pay and not have parking available. When asking the front desk about parking and the fact my mother in law has a handicap sticker with only 4 handicap spots available they said “not my problem”. Others should be aware that rude staff and NO parking seem to be the norm for this hotel. Also, didn’t feel the safest walking from the parking garage up the block to hotel, especially at night.

We stayed there maybe 6 years ago for family event and loved everything..this time we lived it to but there was no body soap in the bottle and bathroom floor was sticky...couldn't look out window cause it was fogged over ...( need new) i tried to call and let them know were coming but just late to check in and NO one answered the phone 3 times with automatic system...would we stay again YES still clean and great beds!

Room size was wonderful! We booked a room with a pull out couch and there were stains and hair on the comforter included. Staff were quick to bring us clean bedding. Appreciate the restaurant and coffee on site though we had a very short stay and were not able to take advantage of it.

Hyatt has a great name, but the experience at this property didn't quite live up to it. The area behind the check-in counter was cluttered, including plastic casings from big packages of water bottles that were turned on their sides and half opened. Check-in staff offered water bottles to some guests who checked in and not others. This could be because of status, but come on, it's water! I had to buy a bottle of water after folks in front of me got theirs for free. I arrived at my room after 8 pm because of late meetings. The restaurant was still serving, so I ordered a grilled cheese from my room. It had spinach and tomato on it. I also ordered a small salad. The person who took the order said I'd have it in about 10 minutes. Great! The order arrived more than 30 minutes later - the grilled cheese and salad in foam cartons. The sandwich was steaming hot when I opened the box - when it cooled enough for me to eat, the bread was chewy, like the sandwich had been cooked and maybe later microwaved? The spinach was slimy, and the tomato was soggy. Unedible. So, I popped open the salad. It looked lovely, but there was no salad dressing. Barley edible.

Amazing staying, although it was only one night, I wish I could stay more to enjoy all the amenities. The building is beautiful, the rooms and the beds super comfortable. Very clean and staff super friendly. I’ll come back
