Great service and amenities!! Love the Dove line in the bathrooms! Comfy beds and clean rooms! Love the added touch of the sleepytime tea! Wonderful hot breakfast!

Wonderful stay! All the staff were most congenial. We enjoyed talking with the desk receptionist Logan. He was very helpful and engaging when asked about what things he’d suggest we do while in the area. Very courteous young man. The breakfasts were very good and plenty of options to choose from. The young woman worked very hard to ensure all items remained full. We’d go back to this place every time we’re in the area

1. The tub would not drain fast enough for a shower without filling with several inches of water.
2. The toilet kept clogging up.
3. AC would not stay on we had to turn it back on all night.
4. Got a room with 2 beds and sofa, literally asked the hotel a week before to be sure to get the room right. The sofa was wedged in on an angle that would not allow it to be pulled out as a bed.
5. Asked for extra bedding but “there was nothing extra but a single sheet. No bedding in room for sofa.
6. Check in was long but that’s nothing compared to the other issues.

Very friendly staff at checkin. Our room was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds and large king size pillows. Large tiled bath with long vanity. Dove bath products. Nice, clean breakfast area with several choices. Probably the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at. I would definitely recommend.

Hotel is in a convenient location. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Also, not far to downtown Houghton. Hot breakfast was nothing to cheer about. We stayed for 4 mornings and breakfast only changed slightly each day. Dining area was kept clean and tidy, but really isn’t large enough for the size of the hotel. One day people were standing in the hall to eat. Overall I’d recommend this hotel. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful so were the dining room attendants. Beds and pillows were comfy.

We liked the modern decor and colors, very clean, nice artwork on the walls. A board with local information and menu was a very nice touch. We were happy that the hotel is pet friendly. The pool is small but water was not too cold and kids had lots of fun.
The only thing that could be fixed is the water in the sink and tub was not going down fast enough.
We were very happy with our short stay.

Breakfast was good—was surprised they had bacon. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Was surprised we had housekeeping services every day. Reservation was for 3. Messaged the hotel 2 days ahead of time—there was only going to be 2 of us—3rd person couldn’t come due to illness. Told the check in staff same message. Fee for 3rd person was still charged. Toilet was very low.

The nearest to a suite we booked through your was a two bedroom suite, so pretty annoyed, moved to a room with a settee, and thought it rather expensive for an almost empty hotel. Furthermore got a large Excutive suite in Hiedle House Green Lake WI for the same price.

Pet stains in the stairwell, hallway. Pet fee was exorbitant for one night stay. Room was well-appointed. Room was adaptive, but toilet was not ADA compliant--too short without raised seat.

There were a lot of Construction workers and the families were a bit loud and not so polite. Also they had a Barbecue set up very close to the door and smoking etc a bit uncomfortable.

Great location and grocery store is very close and all the attractions are very close. We enjoyed the room and it is big and nice and clean.
