No air conditioning in rooms , they told me because it’s winter time room was very hot at 27 C , could not sleep as it was so hot . Trying to open the window did not help at all , just got a lot of noise from the street . I spent 2 sleepless nights at that hotel . Would never go back

Nice stay. Room service was excellent. Breakfast was OK. The room was very big and comfortable. Incredible bed. The hotel is 6-10 min walk from Parque Arauco shopping.

The beds were very comfy. They allowed us to store luggage for free before check in and after check in. Please note: Check in before 10 am means you have to pay for a FULL NIGHT. Check in between 10 AM and 3 PM and you pay for half of a night (but it includes breakfast, which goes until 11 AM). If you pay through hotels.com, be sure to check that they actually credit you that amount. They have to do it manually and might forget. The reception staff were very kind and patient and could speak English. The indoor pool was small but fun. If you are a foreigner and have your passport and pay with US dollars, you do not have to pay the 19% tax.

It is and old hotel that works well. Decoration will transport you to the '80 . Warm indoor pool amazing. Unfortunatelly water jets didn't work that day. Breakfast 8 over 10 as well as restaurant (plenty of beer in menu, only 2 of them available) Location is great and onsite parking is a plus

We were told not to drink the water but to purchase it at the bar. The water was expensive at $3.50 for a small bottle making it cheaper to buy the draft beer. If the hotel wishes to reduce it's environmental impact then provide a filtered water machine and change the individual plastic shower gel containers for a large one fixed to the wall.. The Manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was also good.

Great location and friendly staff. I went for just a night with my family and the rooms were nice and clean. I was very surprised how quiet the room was, we were given a room not facing the highway, but even so, this hotel is located between 2 very busy intersections. There is a cute outdoor patio where you can relax and order food/drinks. I recommend this hotel.

As a business traveller I was very disappointed. I arrived on an overnight flight sunday-monday with meetings scheduled in the afternoon - even though my room (booked for a week) was empty and ready ... they tried to charge me usd$39 for "early check-in". 25 yrs of business travel and no hotel had that audacity.
While the bathroom has seen some surface updates, overall the hotel feels old and tired. The breakfast is a joke (i've had better included breakfasts at best westerns in Canada).
The bed was comfortable and the location suited my needs. I will definitely be staying at another hotel on my next visit to Santiago.

The hotel is an excellent value in a very good location and I will stay here again and I enjoyed a 4 night stay in November.
There is one issue that needs correction at it as the breakfast buffet. 4 staff members clearing and cleaning tables and not one watching the food and plate supply. Eggs empty for a long duration of time, no plates left at all and other dishes empty or near empty. There must be a staff designated at all times to observe and anticipate replenishment.

In general the hotel staff is friendly, but Sofía at the from desk is the most amazing and helpful person I have meet at a hotel. She was not only imaginaive, but went beyond all expectations helping me handle the complex logistics of my luggage at hotel to airport transport. Will definitely stay here on my next trips to Santiago de Chile
