Great service

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but not worth $213 a night (incl taxes and fees). Maybe $150 all in, but even that is a stretch. No elevator. One uncomfortable chair in a corner with neither light nor table next to it. Only one bedside lamp. Tub was very slippery with no "grippers," and porcelain surface was chipped. Staff was very pleasant and informative. Breakfast was the usual dismal egg product - skip it and go down the road to Panera for fresh food.

A little noisy from rooms above me. No elevator. Repaving of parking lot. Outside of car a mess from blacktop grinding.

Good sized room. TV station guide completely wrong. Bathroom had moldy and dirty stank like old dirty water was used to clean. Bad timing for me they were resealing the parking lot so had to park near some scary woods area.

Rooms were very clean and we didn’t hear any neighbors. It’s is centrally located. The parking lot could be cleaned up. The building looks like a former motel. The patio faces the parking lot.

Loved the dining area outside the breakfast nook. Used it all day visiting family. All the staff was very friendly & helpful. Nothing to dislike. Perfect for our stay.

Daniel was very personable and friendly when checking me in. The room was in ok condition, however you can clearly hear the surrounding rooms and people in the hallway. The.room came equipped with a fridge and microwave.

It was all that I was hoping it would be and that I needed it to be. No drama, just a quiet restful stay when needed most.

The TV service was terrible. Worked for awhile then would just go black. When I went to the front desk they were not surprised. I assume this is a regular occurrence.

Enjoyed our visit to La Quinta for the first time. our room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. We will be returning.

The young man at the front desk was amazing. Both nights our key wouldn’t work to the outside door & then again to our room. Both times he was very sweet about getting us another key. 😋 Our breakfast lady was just as kind. She made sure we had what we needed & chatted with us. Thanks guys! You made our stay that much more enjoyable. ❤️

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would have preferred more light at the desk in our room. Also would prefer to have the washbasin in a bathroom--not in the room itself.

I like that this hotel is close to the highway.

Room was great. Only gripe is that the carpet was a little dirty. Nothing that housekeeping can’t handle.

The staff was very friendly. When we checked in we were given a room. We went to that room with a weeks worth of luggage in arms including a full computer setup for work. (Mind you, there is no elevator in this hotel). We get to our room on the 2nd floor only to find the door propped open. We then struggled with the lock to even get the door closed. All the while we discover the latching mechanism on the door was also loose. This made me feel uneasy. I go to use the restroom after a long drive and the toilet seat is broken. At this point I decided time to say something. I went to the front desk and he was very accommodating. He showed me a couple other vacant rooms and let me pick. The first one smelled of smoke but the next one was suitable. The hotel appears very run down. Internet service is unreliable for even playing on your phone. The beds are uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!!! The staff were all very friendly. I will not stay at this hotel in the future if I travel back. Plenty of nicer hotels that would be worth the $20 more per night.

The fitness center was dirty and equipment was not up-to-date. The toilet in my room had a broken handle on it. Even though it worked, it will need repair very very

Clean and simple

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to where I needed to go. The area around the hotel was nice and felt very safe. No elevator to second floor, tho.

Seamless and comfortable

Didn’t seem busy, but I ended up with a room that had no view to the outside, just another part of the building. It was close to a very noisy ice maker that sure got a lot of use.

The room and bathroom were clean. Smelled good.

The breakfast was great, they had eggs, sausage home fries, sausage gravy, toast, muffins, biscuits, yogurt, cold cereal, orange juice, milk and coffee. The rooms were clean and the water pressure was great. Plenty of hot water. Even though it's by the highway it was very quiet. Overall a pleasant stay. Very friendly staff. I have no complaints.
