The only complaint would be the shower didn't seem to have mush water pressure. the water coming out of the shower head was not powerful enough to rinse out my shampoo.

I am reaching out regarding a deeply concerning incident that occurred during my recent stay at your St. Charles, MO location. I had checked in last night with my friend, Meraiah, after celebrating a friend’s 21st birthday at the nearby Ameristar Casino. We chose your hotel specifically to ensure a safe place to rest for the night.
However, in the middle of the night, we were abruptly woken up by two unfamiliar men who managed to unlock and open our hotel room door. We were issued two keys upon check-in, so I am alarmed as to how these individuals had access to our room. Fortunately, we had secured the top latch, preventing their entry and avoiding a potentially dangerous situation.
After the incident, I reported this to the front desk, but to my disappointment, the staff member responded with a dismissive attitude, suggesting that this was not a significant concern. I am reaching out because this is a very serious matter, both for my friend’s and my own personal safety, as well as the reputation of your establishment.
We trusted that staying at Best Western would provide us with peace of mind and security. I kindly ask that you look into this issue and review your hotel’s procedures for guest room access, as well as address this specific incident with your staff to ensure it is taken seriously.
I would appreciate a prompt response, as well as any information on steps Best Western will take to ensure this type of security breach does not happen again.

I would stay again at this location. The only downfall was the coffee maker for evening coffee drinkers was out of service. We slept good, room was clean, had plenty of towels for number of people in the room. Location was good, close to everything we wanted to go to.

Could have been cleaner and the amount of humidity in the room made it difficult to breathe much less sleep. Beds were comfortable though at least.

Had to switch rooms because of strong cigarette smell, second room still had smell but it was better than the first room. Pillow had other customers acne puss / pimple blood. Towels were already dirty like cleaning staff just folded up old towels.

I think they do offer room service but I did not utilize it. It was clean and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast they offer was great. I have stayed here quite a few times and I will stay again. The price point is great especially for what they offer. My kids love the pool and they have a pretty good setup in the work out area. If you need to charge your EV they have a couple in front but they always seem to be blocked by cars that do not need them.

Well, we have stayed here in past, but since covid price is more than previous, quality wasnt what i remember, glu-on soap fell offwall, toilet is good only for children since they are 12" off the floor, difficult even for healthy adult to get off of, i have never seen toilets sitting this low the floor ever, they must have been installed in the 50's.

The room was disgusting. I paid and couldn’t even stay the night. There was brown stuff in the toilet. It smelled like the sewer is backed up, and the air conditioning smelled like mold, there was hair on neatly made sheets, it looks like drug addicts live there, the phone doesn’t work but kept ringing, Horrible experience and I gave away 100 dollars because so couldn’t get my money back.

Spent a day during our stay with no running water and also no fees removed from my bill. Walking around the room with socks on and the bottoms were totally black after a few minutes. Room looks clean but is pretty gross.

We checked into this hotel while traveling through St. Louis. Upon entering the hotel, it smelled strongly of natural gas or propane. The smell in the room wasn’t quite as bad, but the floor seem to be wet and the whole room was damp, even though we were running our AC. When we woke in the morning, there was no water. We contacted the front desk and we were told there was a water main break and they had no idea when the water would be back on. I asked about a discount or refund and they said they weren’t refunding anyone because it was out of their control. I understand it was out of their control but we had to spend another $120 at another hotel in order to use the bathroom and take a shower. For that reason alone I would NEVER recommend this hotel. The decision to not at least provide a discount is completely greedy on their part.

It was clean and everyone was wonderful from the time I walked in to when I checked out. The only thing is when I was trying to sleep there was kids running around in the hallway, but all in all I had a good experience.

Decent place, just know what you’re getting. I’m probably guilty of being ignorant to the humid damp climate, but this played a role in the sleeping and bedding situation for sure. Always damp and not overly comfortable. Plumbing was suspect with poor water pressure and toilets. Staff was awesome and accommodating. Others from our group not so lucky with their rooms and opted to cancel and rebook at another location nearby.

The desk person on the night we arrived was fantastic. He joked with us and was very helpful in suggesting some place to eat and warned us about potential dangers we might encounter on one of the excursions we were taking that evening. Can't say much for the desk person the next morning. He never spoke to us and acted like we were bothering him. Not polite at all. No personality. Not the type of person you need greeting people at your front desk.

Not family friendly when you have a baby. We requested a crib, when the crib was brought in it was broken and had stains all over. We had to go buy a new pack and play from my baby to sleep in. So we were out an extra $80 which was unnecessary. No good place to wash bottles like normal hotel rooms either. Water tastes disgusting and was scared to wash bottles in that water as well. So we had to use distilled water. Room stayed super damp. Also there were four lights and only one worked.
