Not a bad stay, check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and the air conditioning was working fine. Other than being a little run down it was an ok stay for just a quick trip.

Great value for my room

I like the custumor service the best.

The only restaurant nearby was Denny's which is fine but I like more options and there was trash, homeless people, and tons of debris in the parking lot by the pool. Trash was on the property surrounding the entire building though not as much as in that lot. Front desk man was rude and unhelpful when asking for a different pillow and where housekeeping put DD's shorts, threw them away and blamed it on "a new maid"

The hotel is very well kept, but the neighborhood is definitely not the best. The staff was very courteous and prompt to help you out.

Good hotel

Upon arrival 4 hours early, transients milling around location along with very dirty, littered grounds. While lobby and room appeared to be clean found dead and live roaches. A/C in room never really cooled. Barely kept room tolerable. When adjusting temp control on wall it made no difference (even at lowest setting), TV had a mind of its own. Turning off and on when it wanted (even during night). Channels would work then suddenly didn't. Black moldy stuff in bathroom sink drain hole. Bath/shower knob for water needed significant repair. Tried to change hotel to different location but unsuccessful with local management. Travelocity tried to help but was working with local management as well offering nothing further. After one night stay found that creamer at coffee bar was left out all night. (Creamer that is supposed to be refrigerated) This was discovered after my walks through lobby unable to sleep.) Also found that left over water from breakfast before merely had ice added to it (and a bit more water to fill up) not cleaning dispense container. Breakfast had no variety from day to day other than one type of muffin changed out.

There was a large black mold spot in the corner of the room, there was mold and mildew buildup on the closet shelf in the bathroom, all the ice machines were disconnected and you had to ask the front desk clerk who really never spoke but just grunted when you tried to talk to him. There was broken glass all over the parking lot, the elevators were filthy. I could go on and on. I have stayed in many LaQuintas over the years but this was absolutely the worst I've ever seen. If I had been able to get a room anywhere else I would not have stayed here.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE SOON AS WE ARRIVED WENT TO OUR ROOM AND THE FIRE ALARM STARTED MAKING NOISES TOLD THE GUY AT FRONT DESK HE WAS RUDE HE SAID HE DIDNT HAVE ANY MORE ROOMS THEN HE GIVES US A ROOM IT WAS HIS ROOM FOOD WAS IN THE FRIDGE BED LOOKED LIKE IT WAS SLEPT ON JUST ALL AROUND TERRIBLE EVERYTHING NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE

The most I like is the service! Good people, friendly, corteous!!

The receptionist could use a little bit of customer service.

Hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and homeless people on the corners. Felt very unsafe - stayed only one night. Front office staff not friendly or helpful. No working ice machine, ac not working and refrigerator- not working.

Hotel is basic but overall is average. Neighborhood is kind of sketchy.

It wasn’t in the best spot

It was quiet at nighr in the hallways at night when we were sleeping. Also the beds were pretty comfortable.

Breakfast is Saturday and Sunday only and is not daily as advertised. There was so much going on around the building from “lady hustling” to loud commotion from the homeless community. The room was also small and the walkway to from the door to the bed was partially blocked by a bench which caused a few bruised knees. Other than that, the staff were very nice and respectful.

The hotel was nice and clean but I took my kids with me so they can enjoy the pool. When we got there the pool was closed had been for a bit. It would have been nice of them to let us know since I have kids and that was one of the main things they enjoy the pool. When I asked to speak to someone about it they said manager wasn’t there and it wasn’t there fault no one let us know about the pool. Then when I was doing my checkout they were trying to charge me someone else’s charges because that person said they were staying in my room. I traveled with my 3 kids and mother no one else that stayed with us. I don’t think it should be allowed to put charges with just mentioning any room number. I will not be returning to this hotel and will keep an eye out on my charges.

Everything was good

Stayed with my family. Place was nice and clean. I was nervous after reviews but everything was good. Lobby was clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. Good place to sleep. Area around is a little sketchy looking but didn’t feel unsafe. Overall would stay here again.

There was no electricity when I arrived and no one told me in advance at all so i had to find another hotel last minute

When we arrivered, the property had no electricity

Arrived to the property to find it closed with no staff after making a reservation online.

Where to start. The same breakfast every morning, huge roaches in the facility, and water fountains, broken baseboards, customers threatening front desk with a gun, people smoking weed in the pool. Also, we needed to extend our stay & were told by hotels.com to book a night & the hotel would make sure we kept the same room. Well they didn’t, we got moved to a different room (our huge family of 6) and were placed in a SMALLER suite. Front desk person was RUDE he looked Indian maybe & always in a bad mood. The Hispanic guy was very sweet. When we asked the Indian clerk for towels for the pool he said they had none. When I asked to exchange dollars for quarters for the laundry room he said he didn’t have quarters. The cops arrived on Sunday because while eating breakfast a lady threatened the Hispanic guy with a gun, so we ran upstairs to our room to hide and we couldn’t get in our room the key wouldn’t work. All in all it was a horrible experience. Cleaning ladies were extra sweet.

Stay was good, kind of a not so good area, but hotel was clean and decently comfortable.

Very nasty

AC was not working when we arrived and 1 elevator was questionable.

There wasnt a computer o. Sight to print our airline tickets. There wasnt any creamer for the morming coffee. Real coffee drinker want real creamer not milk. The computer was the biggest issue.
