When we got into the hotel the smell was awful, the front desk attendant told us to visit the room before checking in because they were under maintenance. We tryed getting into the room buy it was really disgusting, not only the smell but also the carpets, elevators, etc. We went back down and told the attendant about and she decided to cancel the reservarion because she could not give us a room that fit minimum conditions. I need to get 100% refound. I had to go for a new hotel reservation at 2am with my 76 years old dad

Furniture is very worn and chipped. TV in original room did not work. I was moved to a different room and the air conditioning couldn’t cool the room adequately. Breakfast selection is limited.

Let me start by saying I have never left a review before. But this rating for this hotel is deceptive at best.
The smells in this hotel are awful. The bathroom smelled like rotten dirty belly buttons. I couldn’t even stand to be in there long enough to use the toilet, and I certainly couldn’t be in there long enough to use the shower.
The hallway was so stuffy and smelled like it was chain-smoked in for 30 years.
We were checked in for 14 hours, but only occupied the room for 5 hours. I could not leave fast enough. But to add insult to injury, the elevator ride down at 5am slapped me with one last smell-vomit.
The rest of the room and hotel itself is dated and worn. I wasn’t expecting a 5-star experience but the price I paid for this hotel was NOT justified.

This hotel was terrible. There were noxious smells everywhere. The bathroom door would not close. Everything was cracked and old. No iron in the room, coffee maker did not work... I could go on and on. My young son called it "worst western"

After booking the room we got word there was renovations.
Kids once again say nice job mom picking a dank @ss place (piece of shiz). In my defense, it's best western, how was I to know it smelled bad, was severely dated, elevator made creaking noises amount it scary to use, there's a train that runs every 5 min and it's loud in the middle of the night... Yeah, best western fail.

The front desk lady was rude
The lady who runs the morning breakfast was arguing with the people staying at the hotel. She was screaming about how she has to clean their mess. She seemed heated and then came to apologize to me in Spanish. She said she finally learned to defend herself with customers who take too much food.
The rooms were gross. No hot water or water pressure. Towels were dirty and room smelled.

There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking.

My husband and I are covered in bed bug bites. One of the beds were broken, metal grinding with every move. The room smelled horribly like mold. The blankets, sheets and pillow cases were stained or just plain filthy. Carpets were so gross that we didn't dare walk barefoot. As soon as we arrived we felt like we should just leave and now with so many bites all over us, I wish we had listened to that feeling.

They were “remodeling” the first floor, which meant the ice machine was not available and the one on the third floor was broken, with no intentions of being fixed. So no ice. The room itself was tolerable though you’d better not leave the hotel and stray too far - sketchy neighborhood today the least.

Walkable to Chase Stadium and the Xtreme park. We saved on not having to get Ubers to and from both. It’s also close to the Fort Lauderdale airport. Pool is ok and free breakfast a plus. We will stay there again next time we see Inter Miami.

It's clear that this hotel is old and somewhat dated. That's understandable. One morning we woke up to a fire alarm sounding in a room down the hall from us. This alarm continued to sound for hours. I wondered if the staff was unaware so I mentioned it at the front desk to which I was told that they were aware but had to wait until Maintenance could get there and turn it off. Realy?
