The hotel is very clean. Bedding was crisp and did not have that slept in smell!

We were there one night for a concert. I only have one complaint. The guy who checked me in wasn't very accommodating as far as information. He wasn't rude by any means, he literally said nothing. Everything else was great. Love the music venue.

checking in and parking is a MUST.
We Do NOT care for GuyF Food choices. So we have to go Elseware. Which is unhandy for us.
But Council Bluffs has Plenty of GOOD Food Choices.

Requested room to be cleaned and fresh towels daily since we were staying 5 days. Housekeeping failed to service 2 out of the 5 days without me having to call them and ask for clean towels and empty overflowing trash cans. The second time I had to call the manager had to bring us clean towels and empty trash. We were on vacation, didn't feel i needed to oversee that our room got serviced. Won't stay there again.

stayed a harrah’s because we attended a concert. super nice to retreat to our room after the show. excellent choice. dined at the facility, attended the show, entertainment after and easy check out the following morning.

Room was ok,,comfortable but needs upgrades. Slot machines are all pretty much the same just different scenes. Not enough variety.
Loved the Guy Freire restaurant,,food was great as were prices.
Parking was Not so good. To much hill climbing for elderly with walking disabilities.

We have stayed here before, but this trip was disappointing. Numerous times we waited for staff to respond because they were often preoccupied with their phones. There is a resort fee, but no pool, minimal equipment workout facility and now they have removed complimentary coffee from the hotel and casino. We will being trying a new place when we return next year.
