The smell of humidity was terrible, despite the dehumidifiers they had in the hallway.

Under renovation….

I was bitten all night by bed bugs. I took videos and pictures of my bites and bedbugs for proof to show management. Management said they could only give 50% off on our next stay there as we booked through 3rd party. Management did give me their email address to book directly through them our next stay. I requested compensation of some sort this stay. Least comfortable I've been in any hotel ever. I will not be staying here in the future.

Would benefit from a renovation

Hotel is nothing fancy, but it appears to be well maintained with comfortable rooms, and a nice restaurant on site. If you are simply looking for a clean room and a place to rest your head this will do. Hotel is next to the end of a runway, so you will hear planes taking off, but it ends by midnight and is at a moderate level depending on the plane. Check in was quick, staff was friendly. Close to 40 on ramp. Restaurant had solid meals with good portions for both dinner and breakfast.

Couldn’t make the stay due to an emergency issue, I have sent a message asking for the chance to get any cent back (definitely understood the situation), but no response, nothing after 48 hours of sending the message! Definitely not recommend this hotel! Wasted money for nothing but unfair treatment!

Decent rooms, but didn’t come in to clean/make bed. Next to airport and busy, hard to fall asleep and find parking.

Staff friendly and helpful, comfortable bed, good sleep. Room looks like it was just updated except for bathroom. Construction going on around the building but did not impact coming and going. Restaurant was closed for Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast. Breakfast on Saturday was very good in clean, bright room. Breakfast not included as in most Days Inn.

Received messages after having booked this hotel (Sept 2024) that 1. the airport shuttle is no longer being offered due to staffing issues and 2. that a building is being built next door so there is construction noise and the hotel apologizes for the inconvenience. Since we were only staying one day it wasn't a big deal, but still would have been nice to know these things up front so we could factor that into our decision making. Other than that, the hotel was good. Nothing special, but clean, friendly staff and all the amenities one would expect from a hotel near the airport.

It was an okay experience.

The room was spacious, the beds were very clean and the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful especially Harold who went out of his way to help with the phone and TV situation we had. But the hotel needs an upgrade, and despite the fact that the room looks clean but when you start looking around you see that the maintenance is not up to standard. A lot of dirty corners, a lot of dust behind the beds and the furniture. I was there for just one night to sleep so it wasn’t a big deal for me. . The bathroom though is a disaster, the shower curtain is small and attached directly to the rod not through curtain rings, it was very small bathroom, the sink was outside and the coffee maker was next to the sink. But I want to reiterate that the staff was amazing and very accommodating.

Elevator can fit 2 people with carry on. Parking lot full and no parking available. Was there for a funeral and it was hectic no parking.

The place is really good if you have a flight next day. The only bad thing is the zone. There's nothinh to do and the bus stops are far from the hotel. Other than that, it's enough for one night.

There was a receptionist called Renato. He was absolutely amazing. he is very polite, welcoming listens attentively and tries to find a solution. On the other hand, the food at the restaurant was not great. especially compared to the price. the lady said $18 too to have food delivered in the room. Shower was not also in good share

The building next door was under renovation and the parking lot for the hotel was terrible

The Hotel location is convenient and price is a little bit expensive for this type of hotels . Wal-Mart is a 10 minutes walk .No airport transfer service nor breakfast 😕 Staff are very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed my stay

The staff was great - very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was tidy but definitely reflected the age of the property; slightly musty so kept the AC and fan running. While it's right off the highway, it's a drive to any other restaurants, etc.
