Friendly and helpful staff but often hard to find them. I had to search for someone to check me in on arrival. Very nice pool and this was in good condition. The hot tub/jacuzzi was a bit tired and some of the lights weren't working. The shower experience in the Spa wasn't great either, really tired, some jets very weak or not working at all. Pretty much all the carpets were very worn and stained. The facilities in my bedroom were largely all good, only downside was the fact the bed was in fact two singles/doubles pushed together with a very pronounced 'ridge' in the middle which was not comfortable. Another big downer was the fact there were no sockets or charging points anywhere near the bed. In this day and age that's not acceptable!

I've already tried twice to submit this. Third time lucky or I won't try again. The hotel was just what was needed for a short break. Excellent quality and service with extremely helpful, pleasant staff.

Room was very good and spacious. However, the service in the evening was terribly slow and the food was disappointing and overpriced.The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of options.

It was ok but expected a superior room not to be overlooking the car park and all the superior rooms on the website looked a lot bigger with sofas ours didn’t. The service was ok but I think the hotel was really busy with a mama Mia taking place so the seemed quite short of staff. We had something to eat which was lovely and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Spa was really lovely too

The hotel offers friendly staff, a clean, modern atmosphere, and spacious rooms with good amenities. However, the bed was two singles pushed together and the curtains weren't blackout, letting in early light.

Great value! One night stay as a family of four on our way to Hay festival. Mattresses and duvets were very comfortable. We used the spa in the morning - pool on the small side but big enough for a quick swim and play. We paid extra for breakfast and the children remarked on the excellent sausages.

Friendly, professional staff, lovely room with very comfortable bed. Complimentary tea, coffee and bottles of water and biscuits were much appreciated. Hair drier, iron and ironing board were provided. Great range of hair shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as well as a soap bar. Nice quality towels and good shower pressure.
TV worked well and a fan to cool the room was provided. There is also a radiator if it gets cold. Guests have complimentary use of pool and spa. There is a golf course and restuarants on site.

It was ok’ish. We were given room 219 which was very small and on the top floor which meant a dormer window and sloping ceiling. On tip-toe you could see out of the window for a view of the bin yard and delivery bay (first lorry before 7am). There were always piles of housekeeping necessities in the corridors and stairwells. The meal in the Garden Room was preceded by the waitress listing all the things they didn’t have. We got the feeling that the place was rather “tired” although all the staff were friendly and enthusiastic which made it bearable. The spa was small but clean and comfortable. Anyway, treat it as a budget hotel rather than a destination and you won’t be disappointed

Lovely 1 night stay. Simple yet comfortable room. Slightly disappointed with the spa, very over crowded, very small pool area. All other amenities such as hot tub, steam room and sauna also very small and always full so we didn’t get great use of this unfortunately. The best Sunday lunch we’ve ever had! Portion sizes were absolutely huge so could barely manage half of the meat accompaniments but food was great. Breakfast was lovely. Reception and bar staff really lovely.

Had a lovely 2 night break in an Executive room . Beds really comfortable and Temple Spa toiletries were a real luxury. Had use of the pool, hot tub , steam room and sauna and you could get a discount off spa treatments as a hotel guest. A great choice at breakfast and all the staff were really nice . Definitely want to stay here again

Great Hotel, and now one of my regulars when I am in the area as it is convenient, clean friendly with the added benefit of a gym spa and a driving range. The only tiny niggly issue is the Wi-Fi is very very poor and non-existent in the bar area which is no good if you are Billy no mates for the night

Leaking toilet, bed mattress needs replacing- noisey springs. noise from people in other rooms, noise from plumbing from other rooms when toilets flushed and taps turned on , poor lighting.
Service desk were friendly - but only offered an apology. No goodwill or partial refund etc.
Best western hotels- I will be avoiding in the future.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel from inside and outside was impressive. My husband played golf on the lovely course and I enjoyed the spa facilities.
Evening meal was lovely and all the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

It was lovely spa break for us, we really enjoyed our room, spa and breakfast. Only one thing I can ask for our next trip, it is bigger slippers for my husband, he wasn't comfortable in one size slippers.

stayed for 1 night for work. Used the Pool and spa facilities which were excellent and clean. Room clean and comfortable temperature, Shower hot and powerful. Evening meal was nice, 2 menus available and well priced, service was really friendly. Breakfast good quality but could have been better options without having to pay a surcharge for some. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Property in excellent condition. Great parking area. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choice and standard of food. Easily accessible transport close to the hotel to go into Worcester which saved using the car and paying for city car parks
