Everything was good . Just the pool section make it more private . A lot of people that were not in the hotel were coming inside the pool and smoking weed .. I had kids with me so after that smell I had to removed them from the pool and taken to the room .

May be it is not for all, but the bathroom shower was les than 5.8, in my case I am 6.3 tall, so it is not nice. The last day they keys are being programmed to stop working at 10 am,.so if you want to get into your room after that time you need to go frontdesk, one elevator stop working at 11 we almost stayed inside. It was a little noisy, maybe because we were in the middle of the building

The 2 female desk attendants when I checked in and out were minimally polite. I thought - was it me? I looked a mess - so tired & had worked without AC all day. Maybe they were disgusted, so I asked my husband who came in later. He was not impressed by their attitude either. The 2 early morning gentlemen were very kind and obliging.

Great location, well spaced rooms and very clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous.

My stay was great! The room was clean and spacious. It included a king bed, sleeper sofa and coffee table, a desk with chair, another sitting area by the window.micro wave, fridge, coffee bar. The sink was outside of the bathroom which made it very convenient to access. There is a red lobster in walking distance and mall across the highway. The staff was friendly also.

Better water pressure at the sink in Room 124. Also,a pocket door would be so much better for the bathroom. To access the sink the bathroom door must be closed even when no one is using the room.

I recently experienced a disappointing stay at a hotel in Dallas due to a missed connection. Upon my late arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who was evidently new and struggled with processing my booking through Hotels.com, resulting in a prolonged check-in process. The following morning, after stepping out for a quick lunch, I discovered that my room key had been deactivated, necessitating an additional wait as the attendant attended to other guests. Despite informing the front desk of my urgent need to catch the airport shuttle, it departed just minutes before I could return, leaving me with no choice but to resort to an expensive Uber ride. The lack of concern from the hotel staff about this inconvenience was particularly disheartening. Based on this experience, I would advise travelers to consider alternative accommodations.

It was clean and quiet, and within walking distance to Red Lobster. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items. The shuttle to the airport was great and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

Quick check in even at 8PM CST. Room was ready and on point. The only annoying thing was having to close the bathroom door everytime I needed to use the sink. I was disappointed that I needed to be at the airport at 5:45 AM CST and could not use the shuttle. Fortunately my husband was able to take me.

I had to book last minute from airport. The price of the rooms went up in front of me as I was trying to book. Weather had people grounded. The room key machine was broken but the staff managed to get people in rooms the line was long. My room was so fresh and clean and there was a 6 AM shuttle. I would definitely stay there again.
