good location near grocery stores fast food and farm stores so its a quick trip to get anything you could need and its all within walking distance. the breakfast is alright and the staff is friendly

Gal that checked us in wasn't very present/polite. She was preoccupied with whatever she had going on with her airpods. She stated twice "huh, what'd you say". Perhaps if she didn't have her airpods as a distraction or a priority over guests experience it probably would've been better. The remote in our room didn't work very well but I didn't want to have to deal with that gal and we were spending most of our time out of the room anyway.

Liked everything but that you advertise a continental breakfast then close it down at 9:00 Way too early too close down I like to sleep in on vacation. You obviously save a lot of money by closing your breakfast off so early but it possessed people off

Room was really clean, quiet and felt safe with easy parking. Even staffs were very kind.

We enjoyed our stay at Sleep Inn. The beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower was small but servicable. We did wish for a better quality bath soap but it worked out ok as we purchased some at a nearby store. It was nice to have the Inn near to a brewing pub! :) Sleep Inn's full breakfast was an added bonus.

My room and the hallway smelled stale and smoky at first, but that impression dissipated after a few minutes. (I did notice it each time I entered the room, though. I believe it was a nonsmoking room, so no idea what was up with that.) The hallway carpet needed a good cleaning, I think. However, the room was quite clean, with an excellent bed and lots of pillows. It was hot outside, but the A/C worked well. The bathroom was tiny but well designed. The sheets were a limp polyester blend—booo!—and towels a little skimpy. There was a fridge and a microwave; both worked, as did the free wifi. The free breakfast was about what you’d expect, with an abundance of sugar and saturated fats, but I’ve had worse. There was fresh fruit and hard-boiled eggs, at least. The biggest plus was the very nice pool area! I was sorry to have left my suit at home. With a little remodeling this would be a place I’d keep coming back to, but it was a perfectly fine place to stay for a few days. Parking is great, and it’s easy to walk from there to several good restaurants and stores.

Loved everything about this place but the bed, it was extremely firm!

The room we were initially provided smelled horribly like cigarette smoke. The staff quickly gave us another room due to this inconvenience. Overall, we were content with our stay. Aside from this small inconvenience our stay was pleasant. The property was quiet and breakfast was fine. The only downside to our room was that the AC unit was very loud so I had to turn it off in order to sleep. With the summer weather the room got stuffy. I would leave the AC running very cool next time around so that the room remained somewhat cool without the need of the AC at night.

We stayed here on our way back home from Crater Lake. Location is close to Pilot Butte and is in an area of restaurants and other businesses. Unfortunately, many don't stay open very late and the few that do are very crowded. There are other choices a short drive away. There were cookies at check in and a breakfast was available of make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. Would stay again.

We had a great stay! The staff were all super friendly and everything was super clean. It is in a great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants.

The pool was absolutely a plus for this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive . The hot breakfast was meh at best and the cleanliness of the room could have been much better. Overall very happy with our stay and will definitely return!

I called hotel prior to stay for pet friendly room. They told m to just let them know when we checked in we needed a room and they would put us in one. Got there as was told we could leave them in the car or cancel the reservation. There were no more pet rooms left. We had to now cancel call all over town to all sold out hotels since there were two big events in town. I ended up having to pay double what I would have paid to stay here. We had 2 rooms and we kept one. For our kids to still stay. They were not impressed with the small room and bathroom.

Nice stay, decent breakfast, but was dissatisfied that there was no fitness room.

Cute modern room. Comfy bed. Great warm breakfast. Close to dining & shopping. There was mold in our shower. Otherwise very clean.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much we liked this hotel. No frills but clean and safe. Close to downtown Bend within 10-12 minutes…Safeway and Costco a stones throw away. Great brewery across the street with live music, several wonderful restaurants with minutes away. I would stay here again!
