Room was clean with good amenities and good condition. Staff were friendly. The onlynegative was the continental breakfast. They did not offer decaf coffee and choices were very limited.

Hotel was comfortable but very dated & somewhat dirty inside. Our room was on 2nd floor & we had a lot of luggage to bring in but no elevators to help, only steps. Washing machine broken. Complimentary breakfast was subpar. We ended up going to nearby restaurant to eat. Our room was not cleaned well; hair clumps on bathroom floor, some sort of stain on toilet seat, wads of toilet paper behind toilet, hair left in sink & on shower. For the quality of this hotel, it was overpriced! I paid WAY less for an oceanfront hotel room in Myrtle Beach just a day before the stay.

Great place to stay for the night. They do have the weakest complimentary breakfast of any hotel that I've stayed at. However, their price offsets the meager breakfast. Plus, IHOP and Sonic are right across the street and a very fine little coffee shop called, The Chocolate Moose, is right up the road.

We stayed here one night. Room very comfortable, staff pleasant. There is no elevator for those who struggle with stairs. It took 3 times of going up and down the stairs to the front desk to get the proper key cards to get into our room. It was clean enough: carpet and paint looks new. Bathroom floor could use a good scrubbing.The continental breakfast was not the healthiest:bread, kid cereals, prepackaged snack cakes and oatmeal, yogurt, peanut butter and jelly. Their were apples so that was good. Overall, decent place to sleep and the bed was very comfortable and the price alright.

It’s probably the best stay for the price in the area. Don’t expect too much but if you’re looking for a good place to stay on a budget. This is the place! Stayed 3 nights and had no issues.

The grounds and lobby were clean. We did have to wait several minutes for the reception to check us in, there was a person waiting in front of us who was getting very impatient. She had been waiting for awhile. There was a sign saying they would be back in 5 minutes. We probably waited that long ourselves. Although, he did get us registered quickly. The main complaint is about our room, for the most part, it was clean; decorated in a retro theme, but then there was a very dirty, stained, plaid loveseat in the room. It was disgusting, it should have been in the trash. We looked over the whole room. Thank goodness everything else was ok, or we would have demanded a different room or our money back. I also never write reviews, but that was a nasty loveseat.

The room was not clean, it had cobwebs. The hallway was musty. The breakfast had literally nothing filling. The worst part was that everywhere online they had posted $20 as pet fee and that is why I booked this hotel but at check in they said it had changed to $40. If so they should have updated it online and not mislead the customers. You can easily find a better hotel for the price

Place was clean and accommodating. It was a no frills place. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a little lacking and space crowded but over all acceptable.

Place was great, clean and of good value.The breakfast could have been made better with the addition of pre-made omelette , bacon and sausage. It is inexpensive requires a bit of extra work but will certainly pay back with additional business. I have seen it done at other establishments with relative ease. I will be back twice if the next few weeks if this is accomplished. Thanks.

Overall a decent play to stay the night.
However, when I first arrived I encountered a person handling the check-in who looked pretty rough - scraggy beard and unkempt unbrushed long hair. Because his appearance reflected upon the hotel it gave me a message that perhaps I shouldn't be staying there..! But, I did decide to try the place and found the room to be very clean and quiet.
I feel that the owner/manager should emphasize to the employees out front the importance of looking tidy and professional.

Great, inexpensive hotel that is extremely clean! Beds are comfy enough. We arrived at midnight and front desk staff was very helpful (needed an extra pillow and blankets for the kids).
Breakfast is simple, but if you're looking for a low cost hotel, with free breakfast, you can't go wrong!
