The curtains did not close completely and having lights blare into my room made it for an unpleasant sleep. The noise from traffic was also terrible. I should have requested a change of room.

It was a good experience. The room was clean, comfy and neat. Check in was a breeze with nice friendly staff.

Our first room was dirty, smelled of smoke and urine. The front desk moved us down the hallway to a room on the other side of thehotel. In this room there was food under the sink,the light switch in the bathroom showed sighns of not being clean. On the wall and light switch. The house phone was covered in pop spills and other stains. The elevator had what appared to begane signs scratched into the door. The rug was a mess. Maybe if you get to stay on the third floor its nicer. We were onthe second floor and it was a dump. Needs lots of updates.

Hotel was in a great location. Close to NMSU. Elevator was dirty inside. Breakfast was almost gone by 7:30AM most of the dishes were completely empty. Friendly staff.

It was in poor condition. Everything looks run down and old. Really outdated and I found a roach in my room. Absolutely will not be staying here again. Plus there was a lot of homeless roaming and entering the lobby. Did not like that at all.

The room was ok. Noisy cause we were right by the pool. The pool was indoor and very cold and dirty. Air conditioner sounded like rain or wind was hitting the unit off and on, which it wasn’t.

This was a quick overnight stay via my drive to airport. Check in was excellent, staff recommended a great little Italian restaurant down the road. Room was cool temperature wise and very clean and comfortable.

We found Comfort Suites University Las Cruces quite disappointing. Here's why: the toilet seat in our bathroom was loose and about the fall off. I asked the front desk to fix it, but I was ignored, so I fixed it myself. The freezer door on our room fridge was broken off. We had a total of one large towel in our bathroom when we arrived. The switch for the bathroom warming light was broken, so the light was unusable. The electric outlet to the right of the television didn't work. The breakfast was awful—both days. The carpet in the elevator was disgusting. Replace it! Our floor hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed. The swimming pool water was so cloudy that we didn't dare go swimming. Do I need to go on? I feel we deserve a refund or at least a discount.

Cross country trip with the family. Opted to stay further in vs right of off the hwy. It was a great choice. Location was great. It was nice, clean and felt very safe. The only disappointment was the indoor pool that was small and water was very dirty. My kids still jumped in but came out after a short while because the water smelled. They quickly showered off the smelly pool water. Breakfast was good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, bagels, variety of juices, coffee and milk. Overall it was a pleasant overnight stay for our trip.

Our room wasn’t the best. There wasn’t any lamps that worked. The tub did not drain and there was damage in the room (hole in the wall, cracked ceiling) and it just didn’t seem clean. We had to cancel the reservation and switch hotels. This is good for a quick overnight stay for the $98 price but we didn’t want to deal with these problems as we stayed in Las Cruces for 3 days. I wish I had photos to share. The front desk agent was great about listening to our concerns and expressed her apologies so we are thankful for that.

The room has 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper we didn’t use) small fridge , microwave etc. I must say for the price point it checks all the boxes as good.

Bathtub drain did not drain. Water took 30 minutes to drain. Bathroom sink drain smelled terrible when used. Carpet between beds was sticky. Room was average at best on cleanliness. Bathtub had rust stains.

This Hotel is not recommended. Looks like it is a fixer upper type of hotel.
When we first arrived the hotel room smelled really bad (missing service air condition?) and the microwave contained a pizza from the guest before us😵💫
Talked to the staff 5 minutes after checking the room, but they didn’t have other large rooms.
The staff said I would be compensated for the bad experience the next morning before leaving.
Probably some what frustrated after not hearing from them😵💫

The hotel room was OK, it was clean however, none of the appliances in my room worked. However, staff did try to accommodate me without having to make me switch rooms.

It was a pleasant stay. The front desk clerk, I didn't get her name, was very friendly and informative. I had booked my room online through Expedia, and not realizing I had put handicapped accessibility. The room was not what I had expected, I thought I was getting a suite with a fold out couch. So she kindly explained to me what i reserved. And we weren't able to get another room, since there were no more rooms available. But she was kind and asked if there was anything we need to reach out to her.
