The hotel smelled like an old cigarette ash tray and room was dirty.

Rooms are smelling badly & not cleaned. Lots garabage underneath bed. Front desk guy are rude & ripping our money We didn’t stayed there we moved out in other hotel

Property needs improvement

This stay was my worst ever at a hotel. The listing lies. There are NO amenities. The wifi was slow and unable to be used for work. (Which was important for me and I asked before booking.) The pool was closed and used for storage. The place is a flop house for long term tenants who cleaned out the "free" breakfast before regular guests. I literally watched a guy stuff his pockets full of food... Dirty room, broken furniture and appliances. I spent more money on trying to make the place livable because of the no refund policy, than I did on the room. The only redeeming thing was the young man at the front desk who gave me extra towels and replaced the broken coffee machine. They even made me take my own garbage to the dumpster LOL. DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE EVER.

Not maintained. Dirty. County Health had pool closed. Breakfast items low quality and quantity.

The hotel was disgusting and dirty. I have a picture of a cockroach in the room, my daughter sat up half the night afraid to go to sleep. The toilet had pee on the seat when we got to the room. Hair on the floor and in the shower. Absolutely disgusting. We talked to management and they didn’t seem to care. I would live for someone to reach out to me.

It was so bad there was a tv but it did not work. The furniture was sticky, the carpet smelled, the card to get in wasn't working,tgey had a pool but it was closed by the health department! The Quality inn was missing the Quality!!

It’s always a bummer for the kiddos when the pool isn’t opened.

My wife and child checked in, no room was ready, they attempted to get a room ready. Condition of hotel was poor. In the room briefly there were holes in walls. Bathroom door wouldnt close, floor and beds looked filthy. Within 10 minutes they left.

Well, when I checked in and went to my room, it was dirty. I had to clean it at 11:30 at night. There was a scene in the carpet. The beds were nasty. The tub was nasty. The microwave had no tray.

I was Given a room with completely wet floors that smelled like mold and cat urine, was offered to move to a room with broken beds or the other option was one with holes in the wall. Then was told they would clean a third option to move too, that room was no cleaned until 10:30pm when I was woke up to switch rooms, half the people with me were asleep so they stayed behind and I went To the new room. At 1am I was Woke up again by someone trying to enter the room, at 3am I was woke up again by the front desk calling to verify I was In room and then was forced to wake up the others from the old out room to move in the new one at 3:30am even though they didn’t have the room cleaned until after we were asleep. Completely terrible customer service. Do no recommend. There was also dog poop on the stairs inside the hotel leading to the second floor and layers of dust on the light fixtures, and the bathrooms were so dirty you can see where bars of soap had sat from the person prior to my stay

Rooms were unsanitary. One had used condoms and tissues in it. Surfaces were unclean. Microwave was dirty. Hot water shut off on me multiple times. Maid staff didn't care that rooms were unclean. Front desk person was unprofessional. In a poor area of town with shady people hanging around making me feel very unsafe at times. Hotel is supposed to be smoke free, however many people were smoking in hallways and rooms. This hotel needs a lot of work and if i had a way to stay anywhere else while i was visiting the area i would have never stayed.

This place was disgusting ! We arrived at 4pm and was told out room wasnt ready yet and there was only one cleaner! The staff was nice enough to text and call us when the room was ready though. Nice staff i would say. This place is real run down. The room was gross! Room was humid, floor was damp, and there was still food on the ground. There was food or trash shoved behind refridgerator. The AC works just fine. Thank goodness for that. But the room smells like cigarettes, and theres residue on the cieling. The bathroom tub is so dirty, im afraid to get ring worm. The towels had a few yellow stains. I only slept at the hotel, didnt relax there. Kept my luggage elevated and off the dirty ground, theres a sticky feeling with the ground. The hotel is right near the highway and near stores, convinient spot. The hotel is pretty quiet as well as the neighborhood. No signs of roaches or bed bugs. Not sure if the bed sheets were cleaned or not cuz there was hair on the covers !!!! Would recommend if you just need a place to sleep for a night but would not recommend if you want comfort and a vacation.

It's just not what it was cracked up to be

The whole floor was still wet from shampooing it, mattress were junk, sagging, even.

The first room I was given had a non-working fridge, no TV remote and was on the first floor with a shattered window that had been taped up. The very nice manager moved me to another room, but couldn’t shake the unsafe feeling.

Felt gross and dirty

Undergoing renovations, so things were somewhat messy. No shower curtain present. Legs got bit a little by something but can't claim it was bed bugs as i didn't actually see any. Pluses...room was quiet and guy at desk was very helpful.

Staff was very polite and helpful

They put us in a room with drawers missing, sagging old mattress and a broken cabinet with no fridge inside. Diffentely not the place we thought it would be.

From the get go it was horrible and that's all I'm going to say

the rooms were very dated and did not look like the pictures online, the beds were very old and woreout, not confortable.

The person that worked at the desk was very rude.

Picked this hotel for the pool. Got to the hotel and it was closed for health code. My young son was extremely upset and disappointed. Hotel wouldn’t give a refund or credit. Hotels.com did give me key cash for the inconvenience
