Friendly staff and great breakfast items

The property was very clean and comfortable, but what made the stay stand out was the willingness of each and every staff member to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable!

Very friendly staff, well kept premises, clean, nice pool area, location (we visit family in the area).

Room temp was kind of difficult to adjust, beds were uncomfortable for us, and a ventilation fan in the bathroom would be nicer when sharing limited space.

I like the layout of the room with the hot tub. Also, they offer breakfast in the morning which was okay

Room was not thoroughly clean both times we visited. Hair on the sheets, dressers not wiped down, and toilet was not clean.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet except for hallway. Bed was super comfy.

Group of people were drinking at the pool. I had my 2, 4, and 7 year old. Rooms could of been cleaned better. Could see fingerprints on everything. Carpet wasn't fully vacuumed. There was a stain on a blanket in the middle of them. We had a spa tub in our room and one of the rings around the jet wasn't attached and my 4 year old cut her finger on it. The TV in the room was kinda wonky to work and worked when it wanted to. Couldn't find the wifi password anywhere.
