The front desk lady was amazing and sweet. The room was super clean, remodled and sp comfortable.

This was a one night stop on our way to Florida. Very accommodating staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. The included breakfast was perfect before getting back on the road. Will definitely stay there again.

When we arrived, we had been assigned a room on the second floor. With 2 pets this would have made it difficult to walk them quickly. We requested a room change and were accommodated by the check-in staff. She was delightful and very helpful to us. While I do not recall her name, she was on shift until 11:00 PM that night. The breakfast failed to meet our gluten-free needs. The staff preparing the breakfast was helpful, and courteous, and accommodated us within their powers.

The woman at the front desk at check in was exceptional. Very kind.

We were switched to a second room upon arrival due to a foul oder in the first one. It was quiet on the first floor as well.

Property in a quiet area Little dimly lit for my preference Rooms were clean, mattress had a zipper encasing and another cover on it. That’s always a bonus Cracker Barrel right beside Breakfast was less than average Great place for pets and good area to walk.

Older property but my room was clean. Friendly front desk staff, convenient parking. Bed very firm. A/C fan very loud when started up each time. Breakfast was fine, eggs and a meat protein plus normal hotel stuff - friendly staff. No cream cheese for bagels (that I could find) but had peanut butter. The bed experience would likely keep me away but might stay again because of convenience to highway and Cracker Barrel next door for dinner.

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

We stopped for one night as we were traveling home. Two families of three. Mother, father, and one year olds. We picked this hotel for the convenience and cribs. Parking lot was quite dark with limited light and signage. We got there and we're informed they were out of cribs. One of the children could sleep in the bed with us if needed, but the other was too small and really needed the crib. We were considering cancelling and finding somewhere else. The woman working at the front desk around 11 PM on 7/20 was incredible. She went up, searched and came back with a crib from who knows where. It definitely wore her out, but she didn't hesitate. The room was clean and comfortable. The air condition unit in one room was dripping a lot of water and had the floor wet. I put some towels down to help absorb it and let the staff know. Breakfast ran 6-9 during the week, and 6:30-9:30 during the weekends. If that's too early for the late risers the hotel is right beside a cracker barrel. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again if we're traveling through.

Our rooms were damp and smelled like a wet dog. The water in the room smelled like rotten eggs. The bathroom fan sounded like an aircraft taking off. The complimentary breakfast was minimal

2nd stay in the last two months and the experience was equally pleasing.

Clean, nice and quiet. Close to the interstate but you really don’t hear it. I would come back if I. The area again.

Everything was ok for the most part except for the moldy musty smell in both the hallway and room.

The room was dirty, especially the bathtub, which had a huge rust stain on it and the toilet had dirt on the seat. Definitely not a property I would recommend. I also found the area to be a little bit shady and did not feel very comfortable going to our car in the evening.

The beds were hard. The hallway and rooms smelled like mildew

The night auditor was friendly and checked us in at a late time. I liked that we could do pre-check in early on the phone. The rooms were nicely updated but I think the next thing they need to update are the bathrooms in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was very nice in the morning and the attendant was very helpful.

The room had a really bad moldy mildew smell. The hall way also smelt bad. Don’t let the name or pictures fool you.

The lady at the check-in counter was wonderful; very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. Love how quiet it was. The only thing I did not like was that there was no ice machine on the first floor. Had no take the elevator to the second floor to get ice.

Old hotel. Vastly outdated rooms. We did not stay. Left for another hotel and ate the cost.
