Always clean and quiet when we stay here

we thought the hot water didn’t work in the sink but lines were backwards so it worked out BUT the tub was clogged up during shower so water backed up around our feet.

It was very comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed our stay

The cleaning service come walking in when was sleep and i feel like they was rush us out of the room because knock on the door.

Don’t ever stay at this property! Seriously run! What was pictured online was not what this roach motel had to offer. The employee was sketchy and gave me the wrong room. When I went back to talk to him. He made a bunch of key cards. He said I would have the pick of what room. Every room he showed me was not ok. The floors to the entrance to the rooms were broken tiles. The rooms were not clean. The hallway upstairs was disgusting! The outer doors look like they had all been hit by a battering ram! I was worried for my safety because there were people doing drugs in the hallway corridor. Employee didn’t even bat an eye when he saw this. So we decided we would go to a different hotel. The employee told me I would receive a refund. They didn’t give me a refund. So I contacted booking.com and they did NOTHING! I will never use booking.com again and I’ll never stay in Brunswick Georgia again either!

Booked a room for Friday night and realized 15 minutes later that I mistakenly booked Saturday night instead of Friday. They would not switch my date nor refund my money.

Very run down, the bathroom needs lots of updating, one room had ants and the front desk guy on as too busy talking on his phone while checking us I

The rooms was very nice and clean and the beds was very comfy

Nice Clean Hotel

Air Conditioning systems are outdated and extremely loud. Every time it turned on, it would wake us up.

It was in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Room was comparable to the price we paid.

Our room was an adjoining room for some reason so it sounded like the people next to us were literally in our room and they were very loud! No breakfast served, yet it was on their website. Coffee was provided but always had grinds in it.
