If I could give it a -0 I would. This was the nastiest, smelling place we have ever been. The carpets were filthy. The halls stunk like weed. There were people walking parking lot all night. Empty liquor bottles were all over property. The man that checked us in was not very friendly. The non existent breakfast was horrible. The room was just as bad. Mold in bathroom found bug on sink. The bed had a metal spring popping out of it. There were stains on comforter and sheets. It was disgusting but we already had it paid for and we were in town for a funeral. The pictures are very deceiving. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

It was decent enough. The breakfast wasn't particularly special, and only had boiled eggs as a protein option.

My partner and I had decent room. We did notice a few ants around the window and in the bathroom but it was okay overall. The guys at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The only main issue that rubbed us the wrong way was a woman who work at the front desk approaching us rudely at 6 a.m. asking if we had a room at the property and what our room number was. Now, mind you she did this while we were getting breakfast in lobby with others and only approached us entirely. She didn’t bother to ask anyone else. That was very off putting especially so early in the morning.

Highly would NOT recommend! Property is not well clean, carpet was damped and has a water smell. Bathroom not clean and not in good condition. Just know everything overall was horrible about the hotel.

Front doors are narrow very difficult to get your luggage cart inside Hotel when we finally reached the elevator we were met with a woman walking a large Pitbull once we were in our room lights in the room were flickering the screen was tore on the window the air conditioner was so noisy we could hardly sleep the television had poor reception coaxial cable was just dangling from the wall but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean

For the price, I was expecting more choices for breakfast. The property is a bit worn and the immediate area has limited arrangements for pets.

The hotel needs to be updated. My room description was inaccurate. I booked a room with city view. I was given a view of a brickwall. The carpet was filthy, toilets dirty, and furniture stained. The breakfast was “ok”. It must be consumed in the breakfast area only. You are not allowed to take it back to your room. I was disappointed with this because there were people walking around barefoot and blowing up eggs in the microwave. The outside area has people just hanging out after work. I think it may double as an extended stay. THE POOL WAS CLOSED THE ENTIRE TIME!

The second I walked in to check in I knew it was a mistake. It smelled so bad, the receptionist was friendly and at the desk. When I entered the room the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. The room was outdated, chair was covered in black stains, the refrigerator was full of water from being turned off, the bathroom door was falling apart from the humidity the ceiling was peeling and mold was bleeding through the paint, mold in the shower shower head clogged with calcium. I have stayed in the hotel many times but never again. Room 226

I put the wrong date in when i reserved the room.I didn’t stay there last night and they wouldn’t refund my money.

Stay wasn't terrible. Hotel could definitely benefit from some type of dehumidifier. Maybe they have one built into the A/C...? July in Atlanta is very humid, so maybe it couldn't keep up...? Benefit was the room had a microwave AND a mini fridge+freezer combo; I was very happy about that.

The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business knowing about the local restaurants and local shopping I was in town for the braves game and the staff helped me housekeeping provided me with the best service during my stay AK helped me with extending my stay and Ravi was the one checked me in it was an amazing stay

Room was just right for a single night, last minute stay on our road trip. Relatively clean and comfortable. With such a large hotel we expected to be able to get joining rooms but they were not able to accommodate.

The entry is very difficult to get in and out. With the bell cart even more so. Smells like the room was a smoking room. Room numbers taped to the door were weird.

Looks like they're painting the facility so it's nice and bright but it seems superficial. My bed was very uncomfortable. They need to spend some money on comfort but with an 80 dollar price point I can't complain too much.

Had to change room because AC was broken, moved us to another room and the carpet was soaking wet, front desk didn't care, hoodlums and drug dealers in the parking lot, also were trying to break the fence in back of property, and very bad stay and want a refund of some sort

Reason for average rating is because of remodeling on inside of hotel. Rooms were comfortable, but not very much space to comfortably walk back and forth because of big bed.

Not sure how this got higher reviews than 1 star. Checking in the front desk person stayed on a personal call the whole time. Hallways were being repainted or wallpaper which was fine. TV didn’t work but could hear the one in the next room through the thin walls. Along with the person walking on the floor above us. Room was small, very aged facilities. Bed was OK. Price was cheap but still didn’t get what you paid for and wasn’t going to chance eating the breakfast. Just beware it would be worth spending a few more bucks.

Do you like waking up to construction? The hotel is under construction and they start the construction outside your door at 6am. How about no coffee at the breakfast bar but employees sitting with their coffee and breakfast? How about employees asking you to move away from the breakfast bar so they can get creamer for their coffee? Breakfast was a joke. 2 apples, bagles with no cream cheese, a few yogurts. Consider it more a grab and go breakfast without caffeine. For the price, stay somewhere else. I never leave reviews but don't make the same mistake I did.

The property is much improved from our stay April 2023. They are under a severe makeover. Thank goodness! We we’re on the first floor last time and the third/top this time. Renovations aren’t complete yet, but we’ll underway! No chairs in the room! There is a desk however! Charger station , an excellent addition! Bathroom retiled.
