Room was beautiful, and clean gorgeous shower, lots of hot water.large tv. Bed needs a new mattress, the foot side is higher than the head, and slightly lumpy. It was actually ok when you fell asleep. breakfast was a let down, not much a selection, may have been to early 6:30am Nit picking: two remotes is annoying. Back of shower oozes out water beside the toilet Towels aren't soft And refrigerator freezes everything in it if you turn it to cold

It is always great to stay in this facility, which is conveniently located near downtown, midtown, and uptown. The shower was a little dirty in the corner. But still will choose them over other properties in the same area.

Arrived early, about 1pm. Clerk wanted an early check-in fee, but also first said a room was ready, then said it wasnt. I refused, Checked in after 3, different clerk, nicer, more efficient. Room had a chemical-like odor which I thought was from cleaning. It wasn't and it never abated. Didn't realize the problem until too late for us to move. At the lobby veeakfast, there were bread products, waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage patties, but no forks. The only cold cereal available was Fruit loops. Eggs and sausage were marginal at best. Coffee was ok.

the most mortifying, awful embarrassing experience of my life! The staff is ignorant on the educated and has no idea how to deal with people with special needs or take accountability when They messed up. I would keep going into detail about how terrible this experiences, but I really really don’t want to relive it right now. I will just say, things are not always what they appear and if somebody doesn’t come across as “normal “maybe they’re autistic or going through a Parkinson’s episode, that’s no reason to call the cops and get them kicked out of your hotel. The cops came and apologized profusely, but they couldn’t do anything about the fact that they had removed me from the hotel already with no other hotel reservations and not enough money to get a hotel for somewhere else because I wouldn’t get the refund from Hotels.com for another several weeks. It was so terrifying devastating embarrassing, awful , I still have PTSD from that. It was the hottest time of the year in the humid hundred degree sun. This a ultimately end up putting me in the hospital

The top of the toilet was covered in some kind of brown substance that I don't even want to guess what it was. Breakfast was advertised from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, at 7:15 PM. Breakfast was still not prepared. We stayed there for a medical appointment in Emery University for my father, he is a diabetic and needed to eat and became very ill because he was not able to get breakfast. The paint on the ceiling was peeling off and the wall cleanliness was also questionable.

The best thing about this hotel would be the convenience of the location and price compared to other hotels in the area. The service was average and it wasn’t the most clean. My room floor would squeak consistently and I noticed a stain on side of bed sheet. They did change once I contacted the front desk to complain however, I think that it added even more displeasure to my experience.

Mattress is not comfortable, everything else is great!

I like how easy it is to get around the area and where I needed to go. I was not able to get a room in front of the property i always get one at the back section of the building but everything was great.

the room quality and amenities were average at best. There was no milk to go with cereal for breakfast so we could not avail of it.

Stayed here for two nights under two different reservations. First night was good. Room was clean and no little friends. Would have rated 4 or 5 stars. Second night in a different room. The entire room seemed damp. Floor felt wet. After a shower I walked across the floor and the bottom of my feet were black. I also killed a small German Cochroach on the TV stand. Rated the second night 2 stars because the rest of the room was acceptable and the counter guys were nice upon checking in.

They now do $100 hold which is more than the rooms rate. One week earlier it was only a $50 hold. Bathroom tub had stains and dust built up on door jams. When asked about the changes was told told its under new management.

Good basic place to stay when going downtown for events and don’t want to pay for parking at the hotel.

Property was well kept.

Nothing unique about the property and their service. Terrible experience and not going back there. Definitely not ideal for a family.

Room was not cleaned upon check in. When transfered to another room, it had mold. The staff tried to assist, but i had to cut my stay short as i began to feel unwell at the property. The property needs to be thoroughly cleaned and renovated. For the level of traffic that goes through there, management needs to offer more value for money. Breakfast should be of a better quality.
