Thank you Hôtel Madison for an incredible experience in Paris. The room was lovely, clean and had a grand yet homely feel. In particular, we thank Chief Concierge, Sanjay Kaloya, for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible and all our needs were met. Sanjay took the time to help us secure tickets to events, organise services and gave honest and helpful advice to ensure our time in Paris was enjoyable and unforgettable.
We highly recommend Sanjay and Hotel Madison for a great Paris experience. Looking forward to returning soon.

We’ve stayed here for years usually for a couple of nights before moving into an apartment. The location is perfect in the 6th arrondisment—close to museums, restaurants and shopping. Staff is always welcoming and helpful.

Payed extra for a hotel with a view of the city. Chose this hotel especially for the “city view” shown in pictures. Got a room with the view of the front street. Staff was also a bit pretentious. Wouldn’t book this place again.

The hotel had an amazing location, across the street from the Metro, and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and cafes. Room was quiet.

Stayed at the Madison because my family had stayed there 40 years ago and I had fond memories of the place. Although they’ve done some renovations and it looks like nothing I remember, the stay was outstanding. Great location, wonderful service, and a very pleasant room.

Fire alarm went off at 1 am, does so according to night concierge often due to humidity in rooms

The house keeper throwing away all my shopping bags before my check out on next morning ,and also my not much left over toothpaste.
I could make a fuss that I still got some stuff inside my shopping bags. That's something I found it very annoying. Hotel should instruction staff never to do.

The concierge staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. They were all so kind and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful from restaurant recommendations, to arranging for local transportation. The rooms were lovely, bed comfortable, with daily maid service. The location was perfect with plenty of nearby shops, cafes and night life. I thoroughly enjoyed the jazz singer and complimentary cocktails in the hotel lounge Friday evening. I loved this hotel and can’t wait to return.

I traveled to Paris from the U.S. by myself to celebrate a very special birthday in March, 2023. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and respected by the Madison Hotel staff. They were extremely knowledgable about the best restaurants in Saint Germain Des Pres and shared information about the hotel's interesting history. If you are looking for a very private, quiet, unique stay with "white glove elegance" visit the Madison. The location is exceptional. I consider this my new second home.

The hotel is terrific and the location is perfect. Sanjay, the head concierge, was terrific. He was able to get us a very hard to get reservation and service felt very personalized.

The Madison was a perfect place to stay during our first visit to Paris. Everything we wanted to do was a short walk away. For other sites the Metro and RER was at our doorstep. The staff was friendly and extreemly helpful.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It’s on the smaller side (even for Paris) but is very comfortable. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. You really can’t beat this location. It’s central to everything and also affordable for the area. Everyone speaks English on staff and I will likely stay here again.

I spent my teenage daughter's school break vacation in Paris. We stayed in a Junior Suite with the murphy bed down. The rooms were small, but it is Paris and I was expecting much smaller. The bathroom was a good size with a separate tub and shower.
Breakfast was delicious and very convenient to come down in the mornings and eat before heading out to do touristy things. The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome.
I am thankful that they helped make our vacation memorable.

I absolutely love the location and hotel! Unfortunately I can’t give this the “highest” review possible. Please be aware that this is a “pet friendly” hotel. We love our pets. Unfortunately 3 dogs barking was a bit annoying and disruptive. Although this isn’t the staff’s fault; there should be a section of the hotel for pets and their families. That being said; the hotel itself is very charming. Its location and charm give it a 5 star rating (less the barking dogs). I would recommend and stay here again, in hopes this was an isolated incident!
