Was good

It was more like a motel, front desk didn’t mention anything about the place. Even the time for breakfast cause i go to get breakfast it was over. Communication sucks

The hotel was old and not up to date. The room was very small. The walls were thin, you could hear the people snoring in the next room. I would not stay here again.

Great Hotel to stay. The only downside of our room was we did not have a table and a chair. I did not request as we did not stay during the day. Great house keeping as well. I would give 8/10 for the hotel compare to nearby hotels. Breakfast is not super good but it is ok.

Hotel is not an elegant hotel. However, the room was very nice and very clean. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The breakfast is not a true breakfast. Cereal, bread, and mini muffins. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and quiet just how I like it, no pool and breakfast was slim pickings but overall a good experience

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Awful hard bed. Look dirty and gross.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Walked in and found a roach crawling up the wall with a cigarette bud in the corner. Disgusting and terrible experience.

It fit our needs for the 1 night we needed a place to stay.

Staff was very pleasant when I checked in, but I did have to wait a while for the room to be ready. I didn't mind waiting, it's not that much of an issue for me. Now, it advertised a restaurant, this made me think there was a restaurant on the premises. There isn't. You have a bunch in the area, but not on premises. Quite a bit of noise on Friday and Saturday nights, but that's the other guests, not the motel. It does need, badly, a deep cleaning or a complete updating. Carpets need replacement, seats need replacement, very stained. Overall, it isn't a "bad" place, but I was surprised it was attached to the Wyndham hotel chain. When I saw the Wyndham name, I expected better. But by no means is this a bad place, I never saw any bugs/roaches. It appears to be family owned and they seem very nice and friendly.

Best part you can reserve and pay full price at hotel. Its a good quick layover for a night.

It needs urgent remodeling, the rooms had a strange and very strong smell. It doesn't have an elevator. Bad choice if you go with family.

This is a motel not a hotel. 1980’s needs a renovation… my shower started hot, soaped up then had to turn it off & wait to rinse. Due to this I was late checking out, we were pressured to check out l.

Unprofessional front desk staff that have you waiting 45 min or longer before you can check in.

Dirty, dingy and dated. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken and there was dirt and grime along the bathroom all and a ring of grey grime around the tube. There were smears of something on the walls and door. The whole place was in very poor repair. Probably the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in ever! I didn't even bother asking to switch rooms as its clear this is the typical standard of the rooms and after reading reviews I was afraid I'd get a worse room with dead bugs! I did inspect the bed and the sheets appeared clean. You can't just change the sheets though, you have to wipe down all surfaces and ensure everything is clean. I am going to email corporate and ask for a refund, its disgusting and ridiculous to pay $150 a night for a dump like this! Also, its a drive-up motel in a sketchy hood, not a motel!

We stayed in one of their motel rooms. From the outside the building is in poor condition, but the room itself was spacious and clean.

Overall no elevator. Pungent overpowering odor in hallway and room. Inescapable. Dated decor. Parking lot level rooms basically a motel.

Comfortable beds, fridge, Microwave, coffee pot, alarm clock. Up to date tv , nice staff

It was ok. Tv was old and pixelated. Found and killed a cockroach. Comforter had what appeared to be dried blood.

Just an ordinary motel with very poor breakfast.

I could not make it. They refused to accommodate me. Expedia tried to mediate, they were very uncooperative. I, nor my team of 200 will consider them in the future. Trial run. They failed miserably. Go with Hilton Garden by the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. We are here now having a blast.

It was good in all for a short stay. I didn’t like the way that you had to go to get in to the property.
