My shower had a large depression in the middle and thus water was standing there all the time. Bathroom pictures are not accurate.

Tiffany was nice and got me checked in quickly and by the pool area. Hotel is rubbed down. Went there to be closer to the airport. Told to be at the lobby 15 minutes before the hourly shuttle service. Shuttle never came Wasn’t updated , had to ask where the shuttle was. “Went for lunch” they said. Had to call an Uber instead. Traffic getting to the airport was a complete zoo, 6 minutes away turned into 40 minutes. Manager offered to pay for my Uber after I was late and already ordered my on ride.

One night stay before a cruise, room was awful door frames all rusted!! Bathroom door didn’t close, room was tiny tv was awful pictures dark and lines on screen, group of young people hanging around outside music playing and cars reving, felt very uneasy

1st room smelled high of mold. 2nd room was better but phone did not work. Toilet did not work and front desk said they would send someone up and did not. Front desk sent someone after I went downstairs to ask again.

It wasn’t good at all too many doors being slammed they unprofessional once you go to front desk they look at you stupid or like you got mud on your face the subway connects to them got me sick I got a tuna sandwich and I have had som much stomach pain for the pass two days

All I have to say is that the front desk ladies and management are absolutely awesome. They’re very understanding and they’re very accommodating and this is like one of the best places to stay.

The room was dirty, Hair in the floor, when you complain they did not care. I have taken pictures of the roaches in the room. This place is completely disgusting

It wasn’t that bad, the only things that concerns me is that this hotel doesn’t have a refrigerator and microwave in the room!!

Staff wasn’t that friendly. Waited way past our check in time for towels and linens to be washed before allowed in our rooms. We’ve stayed here in the past but after this past experience. We’ll be booking at a different place for our next trip in Jan 25.

The room we were first given the water was cold so we were switched to another room and the second room the tv had no signal we went the 2 days without no television there were reaching in the room and small rat holes bugs in the closet it was the worst place I ever slept in in my entire life

ROACHES!! hair in the beds, someone kept trying to stick something under our door, there was a fight inside of subway while there. we checked out shortly after checking in. avoid if you can.

The place is at first very very wet. I had to kill a cockroach in the shower. The moisture inside the room was too much.

We made a reservation for 4 people but the room was only serviced with accommodation for 2. The front desk informed us that they did not have any additional towels, etc, and gave us face towels for us to use after a bath. Horrible service.

Staff are very nice my review is for the property, we are in Miami Heat is full force and the POOL IS CLOSED, also I found 2 roaches in bathroom. Housekeeper was nice and receptionist very helpful

Unsafe feeling, dirty, old, 1” door gaps under the doors , toilets don’t flush, door eye holes scratched can’t see who’s outside your door, doors slamming and banging all night long , like warm water, NO POOL advertised with pool!! Mini fridge leaked all over just very poor reached out for a refund said they will reply within a week! Like what!?

You get what you paid for. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly at all. No hot water in the shower. Women’s hair left all in the tv remote. Definitely would never stay there again unless it’s an emergency.
