It was a pleasant stay, quiet, and feel safe and secure in the area.

After purchasing my stay with Hotels.com, Ramada texted me to check-in. At the end of the check-in process, it asked me for payment. Since I had already paid, I called Ramada and asked if I had to enter my card. The girl at the front desk said that I didn't actually have to check in that way and not to put my card in. I told her I was glad I called and felt like I would have been double charged.
When I got there (around midnight), I was told I had to pay a deposit of $250. I woke up at 6 o'clock to put together some flowers for my father's service that started at 10 a.m. I cleaned up after myself, plus I only stayed in the room for a couple of hours, so it wasn't dirty.
A couple of days later, I realized that I was missing $60 from my deposit. I called Ramada, and they told me they had charged me $60 for a "stained" hand towel. What handtowel is $60?!?! Plus, what stain? I think they were looking for any excuse to rip me off. I will never stay at a Ramada again.

I was impressed with the hotel upon arriving. Check-in was easy and the lady at the front desk was friendly. The room was clean and nice beds. I did contact the hotel about the tv not coming on and I didn’t hear from anyone nor did anyone come help with the problem. Check out was easy also.

This hotel is a clean hotel, however one of my rooms smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes.
The water pressure in my shower was extremely low. USB outlets did not work. The lady at the front desk was not friendly (she looked irritated). The breakfast attendant was extremely nice and attentive.

Very well served, you just need to speed up the receptionists a little who are a little slow. Everything else is excellent, a super comfortable place and above all super clean, I loved it

Check-in was horrible, took a half hour. The facility itself is on a main road, adjacent to a hospital which uses helicopters to fly in and out very sick patients. I learned about the helicopters at 1130 pm the first night. The walls are thin and so you know what your neighbor is watching and when they're taking a shower. The free breakfast is decent. The cleaning service is excellent and most staff are friendly. Gun to my head...I might stay here again if I had to but not if I had other, quieter options. The $11.50/ night eco fee isn't great either.

The manager of the hotel was not accommodating at all. $250 deposit, which is terrible considering the hotel isn’t even that nice. The nice girl who worked the front desk was the only thing good in my opinion (her manager was so rude). The manager asked personal questions about my stay… which I found to be offensive considering the reason why I was booking the hotel was for privacy and personal business.
In my opinion, the manager shouldn’t be so harsh , especially if they want to book more rooms …. It seems like she just doesn’t care

Hidden fees for sustainability charge, and hotel room deposit, were a surprise expense that wasn’t communicated to me. Woke up several times from hearing someone walking back and forth in the room above me.

I like that it was clean when I read the reviews I was trying to find other places to stay at but I am glad I stay there what I didn't like was that the charge me 11.67 a day extra plus the room didn't have refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker

The deposit is ridiculously high. $250 is outrageous! We stay in Vegas all the time and in much nicer hotels and the most we have spent on a deposit is $150.

It costs $20.00 extra per nite for a "deluxe" room that includes a fridge and microwave. Gap under door allowed a couple of spiders AND a cockroach to enter the room. Ice available only in the office which was totally around the other side of the building. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The email Expedia sent me stated the check-in time was between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 12:20 PM, they charged me an extra $40, claiming the check-in time was after 3:00 PM. I'm confused why Expedia didn't inform me correctly. Who is responsible for refunding me the $40?

On a whim, I needed to find a room near downtown, and I felt that this was a primo location and reasonably priced—a great concierge who was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was immaculate as I stepped in, so I knew then that I had made the right choice with booking at the Ramada.

If I had known I would have stayed somewhere else

The room was fine, but I am going to look for a different option next time. I am spoiled by the places that I stay in regularly, Larkspur Landing Roseville and Siri Hotel in Paso Robles. They are both suite hotels and in my opinion amazing!
