Our 5th stay at Saratoga and it never disappoints. Great location and given the location surprisingly good pool area. Breakfast could be better and cheaper, better alternatives 200m from the hotel but everything else is top

My friend and I checked into the hotel and stayed there for four nights. At first glance it looked good but after one night we discovered that the shower was really dirty. Mold on the walls and floor. Dirty shower nozzles and rusty shower hose. Mold in the ventilation grille. We took pictures and filmed. We raised the issue discreetly and were treated well and offered another room. Here everything was clean and tidy. We received a written apology from the quality manager. However, no financial compensation as you can expect when you have paid dearly for a four-star hotel. My assessment is that it is time to review the number of stars and price for this hotel. The staff was service minded but the hotel itselfs needs a refresh and remediate mold.

My wife & I enjoyed our stay in Mallorca & the Hotel Saratoga. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Rooms very clean & great atmosphere. I would highly this hotell to family & friends.

We had a great time. The hotel was really nice, lovely pool areas, top-noch breakfast and the location was just perfect, walking distance to 'everything'. Only drawback: If you are noise-sensitive you could be disturbed from other guests/doors as it was not soundproof.

Pros: pleasant multilingual staff, good breakfast, solid air conditioning, multiple pools, convenient location
Cons: cramped lobby, dark hallways, really small “deluxe” rooms, non-premium bedding, barely functional hairdryer, inconsistent housekeeping… I could go on.

Wonderful hotel! Comfortable bed, and spacious room! We booked a balcony and enjoyed the view late nights while we had some drinks. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Variety of food to choose from. There were three pools. Enjoyed the pool (nice to swim in deep end) and shallow pool had a jacuzzi! We had drinks and snacks at the pool. Pool at sky bar (we didn’t try) but sky bar view was amazing!! Had pre-dinner drinks and appys and enjoyed the view at sky bar then went for a walk around hotel. Hotel was walking distance to cathedral, port and many restaurants.
Highly recommend this hotel! We will stay again and visit Mallorca!

Excellent hotel, but the lunchtime food isn’t as good as last year, prices are the same but hardly any CCG Ken in their club sandwich and salads.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are nice but out of four days there were two days we refused cleaning as it was too late and we were back in our room to shower. I handed two towels over to swap for clean ones but she didn’t bring clean ones back.
There is a curtesy room but the staff were strict on 15 minutes per person even if it was not booked before or after. The curtesy room is ok but lacks a toilet.
The rooftop bar is excellent will fabulous views.
All in all a good hotel.

We had an amazing time, everyone was super helpful and the rooms were spacious. The restaurant food was some of the best on our trip, wish I could go back!

Most perfect location! Great restaurants nearby and from walking distance basically anywhere. Hotel itself was clean and nice. Great pool areas - though can be quite crowded especially now in high season. It was difficult to get sunbed if you didn’t go to the pool first thing in the morning. Rooms were spacious with really good and adjustable air-conditioning. Good water pressure in shower. Noise cancelling is not great, you can hear everything from the room next to you, and the road. It was little annoying but in the end got used to it.
Overall we were super happy with our stay. Pricing great as well.

I believe that Saratoga Hotel is a great place if you want to stay in Palma, strategic place in the middle of restaurant but not so difficult to reach driving, great staff, the hotel is clean and has amazing facilities like Sauna, Pool, Sundeck and restaurant. I will go back

The location is perfect to walk through the city and get anywhere. Super nice staff and good pool area/s where you can relax. Parking must be booked in advance and is just around the corner.

All in all a great hotel. Like any places in Palma, parking is difficult. Registration is a bit long, with all the necessary scanning of passports, but otherwise nothing to blame the hotel. Breakfast was spectacular.
