The only problem we had was the bed was too firm. Other than that a great place to stay

We arrived nearly 8PM and one of the rooms was not ready. They said it was used by a family with dogs and needed to be deep cleaned. The room was not a dog friendly room. When we got in the room was hot and smelled. We left to grab some food and as we got off the elevator heard the staff talking loudly about us. Rude and not welcoming. They offered us a free beer coupon

The location is convenient to uptown shops, mall, and restaurants. The property is safe with adequate lighting in the parking lot. The staff was friendly and the breakfast bar was worth a visit. The room was clean, and comfortable.

We loved staying at this hotel. The only issue we had Sunday morning breakfast was terrible so many people nowhere to sit. People were standing around waiting for tables to sit and have breakfast.

For a pet friendly hotel there wasn’t really an area for the dogs. There was a small space with a tree, and not fenced.

It was a very good place to stay. Convenient to shopping, dining and my planned activities in the city.

Spacious rooms and clean well kept property. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant helpful employees. Nice area and close to what we were in town for. Would like to have queen sized beds instead of full but that was a minor thing. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff member at check in was not very friendly. She was eating and didn’t put her plate down to assist us. We were checked in to a room on the first floor, with the loud A/C units outside our window. Not a pleasant stay.

Nice area. Room was clean and spacious. Could use some updates. Water in the shower was warm not hot and the tub drained slow. We stayed in a room with double queen beds and a sofa bed. The beds were not queen size more like full size. Worked for me and my small child however might not be comfortable with two adults. Unable to access pool with card key had to find an employee. Elevators didn’t work good at night had to wait 5 min to go up two floors. Worked fine during the day. Breakfast was decent. Small bar with only beer and wine.

We came to go school shopping and this hotel was so convenient. We walked to the uptown shops and it was a drive across the street to the mall. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was friendly. My one request would be to upgrade plugs to be more charger friendly.

I loved the area but this hotel did not have the best customer service. The girl that checked me in wasn’t friendly at all and failed to mention to me that my card would be charged 100 for incidentals when I was only staying 1 night. The worst part was the red stain on one of the beds that may have been blood. When I notified the front desk I was offered a sheet to use instead. Zero empathy and didn’t try to resolve the issue.

Check-in was a bit delayed due to their network / computer system being down, then our room had a noisy AC system (or possibly elevator motors since our room was close to elevators), which made it difficult to sleep.

Room with two beds had a large sitting area. Abq Uptown is across the street from hotel. Many other shops are walkable. No microwave in room though one is available downstairs. Very nice hotel for the price. I would stay again.
