The rooms were awesome for the price and being RIGHT off the Freeway made it super easy to find .The pool was what made the stay what it was,almost perfect. The only hiccups were multiple encounters with an unprofessional employee. Cristiana was not only rude to me and my kids but tried to backtrack and justify her attitude. Trying to argue with a guest while swimming with their kids who you were just rude too isnt cool. Across the pool no less. She was on her phone and had a mean look on her face like she hated the fact she HAD to be there. We all apply for our jobs....you can gey another one. To everyone else on staff from the poor front desk person who was working with her on my check-in to the gentleman working housekeeping that gave me towels to shower at the last minute(we left them ;) dont worry) and last but not least the amazing lady who checked me out and knew exactly who i was talking about when I presented my issue. You all are awesome and amazing at your job. We will be back for sure....that pool was dope and the smoke free room was pleasant thank you all so much. See you soon :)

Dirty i staying 4 nights in their never cleaning the rooms. No shampoo, ni toilet paper, sopa nothing. Its sucks

The facilities and the room were dirty. The staff are doing their best with the equipment and supplies to keep the facilities as clean as they can. The breakfast was shocking, they have a toaster but no bread or bread products. There were only packaged pastry and eggs/egg products which have to be microwaved. There was NO milk for the oatmeal as there were no other choices for cereal. That was a total disgrace as compared to other Super 8 facilities. The only good point was that Denny’s was across the parking lot.

I have pictures of cockroaches in the room.The property is disgustingly filthy.We were there one evening and I demanded our money back.And we left to a different facility.We were in town for a concert.And this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel

The room was DISGUSTING. We couldnt walk on the carpets because they were blackening our feet and they felt slimey, so we had to use shoes until we got into bed at night. The corners had hair and tiny pieces of stuff stacked up in them. We found rx bottle lid beside the bed. It stunk so.bad, we had to go get stuff to disinfect and get rid of the smell. We had our two mini doodles with us so obviously had a dog room, but they didnt even clean the old dogs hair out (ours are hypoallergenic). There was dog hair all over the kids bed (we got the family room with the bunk). The bunk bed was literally duct taped together and pieces of wood holding it up and together. The kids sheet were not washed. Bathroom floor was slimey and SO gross feeling. The mattresses on the bunks were nothing but a couple inch mattress topper. . . .we had to go buy an air mattress to put on top of it. I can keep going. . . .. . .

Tv wasn’t right remote control hallways smelled like mildew

When I was trying to check in, The head front receptionist was extremely rude, she looked down upon myself & family, & had the worst attitude, she was unhelpful & extremely rude. I was told there was going to be a deposit, whether I booked online or paid at the front desk, I still have yet received back my deposit and I keep being told that I had to get it back from the booking site I used The booking site said that it was untrue that they charged me a deposit and they refuse to give my deposit back saying it was the booking sites fault when they are the ones who attach the deposit. I'm disgusted but the unprofessionalism and disrespect I received. I would never stay at that motel again or any of their chain motels due to this.

The Hotel needs to work in cleanliness. The carpets in the room and then hallway are very dirty. We found chocolate wrappers on the room's floor when we first walked in.

Domt waste your time or money. Cannot believe wyndham puts their name on this property. The pool is in another hotel across the parking lot. Your key card does not work for it. You have to be let in. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like the pictures. The breakfast is a joke. No milk, nothing hot but toaster waffles or microwave strudels. This room somehow ruined our weekend. Black mold in the showers. Dirty disgusting carpets. Beyond irritating that i spent what i did for this room.

The Place was fine old but clean

The carpets throughout the hotel needs replaced. The carpet in the room was gross to walk on barefoot and there were toenails on the floor by the bed. The bathroom tub had a huge parch on the inside and thepain had peeled off the inside shower wall.. The odor smelled like mold and dirty carpet. The staff were great and should not have to work under these conditions.

So it's not bad, the room we chose had a bunker bed and a queen size, it was like any bunk beds super squeaky, but that was expected. The hotel does have a funny odor, if you're sensitive to smells, skip it. What I didn't like is that the pool is in a whole different building, you literally have to cross the street to go back to your room, get super cold. Breakfast included is terrible but there's a Denny's right outside, so not a problem. Overall, it's a low budget good alternative for spending the night.

We liked the room because it had a bunkbed and a queen. However, the room smelled terrible. The smell seemed to be coming from the carpet. The carpets throughout the hallways were dirty and dingy. We opened the window to get fresh air but it was near the entry way and people were smoking there in spite of signs that said no smoking near building.

I think the floors were dirty as well as in the hotel room. I think the facility can use some carpet cleaning. Also the breakfast wasn’t good. the food would always run out by 8am and ws never restocked.

The room wasn’t very clean, the sink was backing up but we did let them know. The A/C was rattling through the night. The bed was okay but I think with the noise of the A/C that made my sleep pretty poor.

The woman(night shift) who checked us in was very friendly, happy, and funny. We had a wonderful conversation with her and she was a breath of fresh air! We checked in really late at night and we felt relaxed and energized after speaking with her. The morning shift lady was a different story, she almost seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and didn’t really care that we were checking out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, there was spills in the tub and one of the towels was dirty, so I just used the dirty towel to wash out the tub. The air conditioner could be updated, but other then those minor things the stay was great, the beds were good, and we slept great. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect if you check in late and need to grab a bite to eat there are food options within walking distance that are 24h.

Major issues with the jeybcards getting in our room. Ended up getting 10 jey carss made and 1 ended up working more then once.

The property is old but well taken care of. The staff was really good. My only suggestion would be to update their website regarding their fitness room as they do not have one. The pool is next door at the Silverstone Hotel and it’s just a short jaunt across the parking lot and great but this should be outlined. We enjoyed our stay!

You get what you pay for. Place was VERY affordable, but the bunk bed was excessively squeaky and the exterior was a let down. The room was nice, and we were happy once we checked in.

The trip started with a packed lobby and the clerk telling rooms numbers aloud in front of everyone. Had I been traveling alone, I would have refused the room. Elevator is broken. Fridge in room is broken. Tub is in rough shape. Not 100% sure the bed had clean sheets. And everytime I moved I woke up because the bed was so loud.

Things I wish I would have known before booking. Loud, you can hear people in rooms across hall from you. Filthy floors, (sheets seemed to be clean though.) They need every adult over 18 staying to present ID upon check out, so be prepared to have your whole group present, it can be a very inefficient process checking in.

Staff were friendly. Room smelled of a combination of cleaning product and dampness.

The atmosphere is not good around the motel, our room was fairly nice, but the hallways and outside of motel not so much, for the price there is much better options out there
