Staff were friendly. Booked a King room and when we arrived they put us in a double queen. When we asked for the king that we booked they did not have one available. We were not refunded the price difference.

Just ok… served the purpose of needing somewhere to stay for a night. Felt safe. We were put in a double, not a king like I booked. They were unable to accommodate this request. The bathroom wall had mold? The room was very damp. We felt like our clothing and shoes and linens were wet from the dampness the next morning.

This was obviously an older property, which is ok but it needed some work. Both of the mattresses in our room needed to be replaced. They were terribly uncomfortable and very loud when you moved. The cleanliness was not up to typical Hampton standards. There was rust in the bottom of the bathtub. We discovered a pair of underwear in the floor from a previous guest. These things were reported to the front desk.

Honestly it was an amazing stay and I will probably only stay here next time I’m on the coast. Staff was amazing and the place was fresh and clean. Breakfast was awesome. A 10/10 in my opinion as the options were endless. Great coffee that was hot at all times and again when checking in the ladies Astrid and Bianca were phenomenal. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and family today. Lastly the value was unbeat in my opinion.

The room looked nice upon entry but smelled of mildew. Absolutely the hardest most uncomfortable bed I have tried to sleep in. Miserable! In addition to uncomfortable the bottom fitted sheet is too small for the mattress and didn’t stay in place. Beautiful looking property and nice staff, but the whole point was to have a place to sleep. We gave up trying to sleep at 4:00 am and left the building around 5:00

We evacuated for hurricane Francine. The hotel was very clean, tge sraff was very nice. If anything to complain about is the dampness. It was very damp. The sheets and rug were slightly wet to the touch. I asked other residents and they confirmed it was the ocean atmosphere that made it so damp.

We had an emergency stay bc our AC broke and flooded the house.
So the OS Hampton met our needs w good AC, comfy bed, quiet room. Popcorn in lobby in the evening. Extensive breakfast with attentive staff.
I’ve stayed here before and was a little surprised that the room was not as clean, looking a little, dinged, nicked, and grubby in the corners.

It was convenient to walk to places to eat and the gas station. It was easy to get ubers to get around town. Also the complimentary breakfast was good.I didnt like that the pools closed at 10.

We had 2 rooms. Had to change one room once due to the cable continuously going out. The second room got extremely humid and stayed humid. We were unable to move rooms because there weren’t any others. Sent maintenance to fix the humidity problem, and all they did was turn the air down, so it became cold and humid. The staff we interacted in were all very friendly, however.

The hotel and staff over all were great, they offered (free) breakfast daily from 6am-10am. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. Housekeeping was only offered if you requested it the night before (cant remember what time).
My only complaint is that they placed 3 different unauthorized holds on my credit card, when they ran audit the night befire and didnt notify me. When I mentioned it to them, i was told that the charges would be released from my back the next business day, however when calling my bank, they ststed that it could take 5-7 buisness day. Just make sure you watch your money and accounts.
