Check in was terrible! Room wasn’t ready at 10:30 pm even though I called earlier in the day to say we would be checking in late. We did not feel safe and was very disappointed our room wasn’t ready. Tried to cancel but got the run around. Nobody could give me a refund even though we never stayed there. We went to another hotel and stayed that night. I will never recommend or stay at this hotel ever again. It was the worst experience ever!!!

We checked in late and the counter staff was very nice and helpful. When we arrived to the room I need to use the bathroom. I entered and found that the toilet was not clean and had poop stains in the toilet, along with pee dribble on the seat. The bathroom mirror had dried spots all over it. All else apeared ok. The room is in need of updating. The kitchen has no utensils, dishes, pots or pans in it.
We were to tired from our long drive to ask the front desk for a room change. I slept on top of the covers and used a blanket i brought on the trip.

Staff was friendly, however, room was not cleaned properly. No pillow cases on the pillows, room had a horrible odor. Lot of traffic on the 2nd floor. Children running up and down the halls in the middle of the night. Last straw was when someone was trying to open our door. My family and I left one day early and checked into another hotel. Clientele/residents were sketchy.

First day opened thr fridge and a ton of overly rotting food made our room reek. Swapped rooms and the key needed to be updated. The clerk took my room key and left the front desk and did not return for over 45 min. I decided to get my key later only to find no one was at the desk. I attempted to contact someone and after almost four hours i was able to get into my room long enough to sleep two hrs then had to check out.

Staff service, towels durty they were not white they have a yellow color stains, rooms carpet filthy and stain. I travel a lot and this is the first and last time i will stay at rhis hotel. Also this is the first time they ask for everyperson for ID for security? Never hear of this inconvenient issue before at any other hotel and i can say i stay in at so many different hotels. I am really really dissapointed and insatisfied

This hotel is clearly for those needing a hotel to LIVE in, not for your average person needing a hotel for a brief stay. I have had great experiences at other long term hotels, but this was not one of them.
Forget about the loosely-used term “breakfast.” A couple of NutriGrain bars, a few chocolate mini muffins, and a fine selection of Quaker oatmeal packets are the extent of this breakfast. No spoons though.

Horrible. It’s nothing like what is pictured on Expedia. We got there and it’s literally a homeless shelter, no wonder why the surrounding businesses have moved away. The staff was good to work with, I’ll give them that.
The room smelled of urine, I missed the part where pets are welcomed. The sheets feel dirty and rough on the skin, the following morning I had a rash on my hands. It’s such an uneasy feeling the whole time you’re there. Would never be back.

The other guests were so load, setting off fireworks at 3 am, driving motorcycles around at 2 am, dogs barking at 6 am, we had multiple staff banging in our door for cleaning. Check out was 11 and they knocked twice before 10:30.

Was missing a handle to the bathroom faucet. The front door has been kicked in and repaired. The breaker panel was not able to lock and was missing screws. Cabinet door didn’t close properly.

The stuff was very helpful. Half the outlets did not work. I didn't get the original room I paid for (had to have a queen room not king as paid for due to plumbing issues in the room I paid for). The bathtub dripped constantly. The bathroom was two small. You could not go in, turn around and shut the door easily.

Clean facilities and a nice small breakfast station, and rooms with kitchenettes. We had a good night after a long drive to Salt Lake City. I’ll note that the hotel is a bit hard to find, but don’t let that deter you!

The city must use this place to house the homeless. Not suitable for families. Lots of people loitering around property. Glad we had our german shepherd with us. Parked our car by the front road for visibility. Will never stay again and do not recommend!!!

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Property was very clean. I didn’t like the fact that the posted sign prohibited firearms in the property. I didn’t like the idea of having to leave my firearms locked up in my vehicle in a property that didn’t provide security for my vehicle.

The management was annoyed that they had 'one-nighters' room was disgusting, it smelled so bad, the windows were open as to let the room air out so they were aware of the situation, my daughter found someone elses pants and underwear under one of the beds! Completely mortified, because we stayed in the room an hour and 20 minutes we were not refunded. No one should be forced to deal with what me and my children were exposed to at a hotel property. This hotel is like a frat house, be prepared, spend the couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else!

It was ok ! The receptionist during the check in at 3 pm very rude tbh I wasn’t expecting that since we been traveling n is or 3 night her in Utah ! She was just checking on us n treating us very rude n she was asking many questions nothing usual since we are traveling all the time ! The room was a lil dirty, the bathroom as well some how I have my own things to clean n clean it ! The places around all affordable to shop , eat , n go out !

My son and I left at 1 AM due to feeling unsafe and took the risk of driving four hours home in the middle of the night.
In all three rooms around us, there was fighting, yelling, or loud noises. Doors were being slammed and people were arguing outside our window. When we finally decided it was quiet enough for us to leave safely, we exited our room to see a garbage can thrown down the hallway and trash scattered everywhere.
The customer service was good and we were fully refunded.
We will not be reserving a room there again.

This property looks nice on the outside, but the inside is old and scuffed up (a lot of visible chipped and scuffed paint). There were sketchy people in the parking lot each night. The “breakfast” was muffins on a cart near the front door, quickly gone. Somebody was cooking curry something in the vicinity of the room and the smell was everywhere (not in a good way).
I booked the room for a visiting professor who was presenting a three-day lecture on his new book, and I ended up being embarrassed.

The stay was not great. Cringy is a good word to discribe the entire experience. Emplyees were unfriendly and standoffish. The room appeared to be cleaned up as the garbage can was emptied and bed made but stains on the bathroom counter. Kitchenette area was dingey. Everything else was dusty.

It was filthy. Guest using profianties at staff. Coffee and granola bars for breakfast. No pool. Never again

The check in staff was great. Check out was ok. Room was very dirty (side of bed skirt appeared to have semen on it). Floor, table tops all had food or there sticky residue on them.

Extended stay with kitchen. No cups or silverware to use. There was a holder for a blow dryer but no blow dryer. First night we had no shower curtain. Very noisy. Plumbing did not work well. Felt it was very over priced for the condition. Drunk guest in parking lot at night felt unsafe. Will not stay again.
